Help - How to avoid google penalty while autoblogging

I am using wprobot at my blogs, 2 blogs are getting penalty and not getting traffic from google, from 150 visits per day to now 1 or 2 visit per day. I was posting amazon produts with wprobot, daily around 60 posts.

I want to know if anybody got this penalty and how he managed to get out of this.

What are the safe procedures to follow to avoid getting banned or got any penalty with autoblogging.

Any suggestion appreciated.

Use this

Disallow: /wp-content/cache/
Disallow: /wp-content/themes/
Disallow: /wp-content/plugins/
Disallow: /wp-admin/
Disallow: /wp-includes/
Disallow: /wp-login.php

As it looks, obviously it will prevent any spiders to look into
wordpress folders which expose your blogs are autoblogs.

can you tell how much posts per day is safe for relatively new site.
My domains were 2 months old. posting around 60 posts per day with wprobot amazon duplicate content.

How this content can be made unique with wprobot autoblog?

60 posts per day for how many blogs ?
I have started autoblogging just 2 weeks ago, so far google reaction to my autoblogs is good. But i have not seen huge traffic as of now, and am quit sure i will get good traffic once the blogs earns trust. 7 blogs created completely with rewritten contents and atleast 10 posts scheduled for each blog. (1 post per day basis)
6 out of 7 blogs in my autoblogs are ranking for the long tail keyphrase in first page of google for which i was creation those blogs.

To sum it up my opinion is not to post more than 1 post per day for new blogs
you may change it to 2 or 3 posts per day for aged blogs (more than 3 months)
This is very safe option to nurture your autoblogs to earn trust and avoid penalities. When your blogs get these two they will eventually rank well resulting in good traffic.
