Fanpage newbie?

I am new to fanpages, can someone help me?
How can i create one with my website name in url, I heard it take a number of fans before i can select that, please help.
I have facebook account but i do not want to risk that,Can I make accounts with same ip or do I need a new one? Please help, any advise is really appriciated.

I think you refer to the vanity name which is facebook.kom/yourwebsitename
For that you need a minimum of 25 fans before you can change it.

Where to get Fans? *actually i share this in one of the thread
1. Give me the link and i'll help you to be your first fan
2. Go to my thread here to get at least 25 minimum fans
3. Get Free 50 Fans from fbfansupply.kom (you just need to tweet their service)
4. Get Free 25 Fans from freefacebookfans.kom
5. Get Free 25 Fans from friends help friends campaign so that you can set username (Go to bit.ly/FBhelp)
6. Promote your page at twiends.kom (Free 150 credit)

How to change the username?
Go to facebook.kom/username

Yes you can make a new account on the same IP or creating the page on your current account.

Also how to use them and what all can I place in them except links?
Also still not clear will a fanpage have faccebook.com/xxxx or facebook.com/pages/xxxx ?

I think you have to open a page with a account.
It can be new or old.
You can also make anybody you want the admin of that page.
