Sorry fellas. I hope you all get your money back somehow. If you don't get it from PayPal, just contact your credit card company and insist on disputing.

Sane advice would be not to trust anybody in these forums including member with posts, donors, moderators, moderator referrals, etc. Make sure you are covered from your end if things turn to sour from other side intentionally or unintentionally.

This is official SCAM now and I was wrong. So much for my judge-of-character. I would not be waiting a minute more on the OP.

Gaypal refused to refund my money. they say "We have completed our investigation of your case and, as there is insufficient evidence in support of your claim". I wonder what evidenve they need. Funny thing is that they were able to decide it in 2 hours. They contacted the seller and then told me they will not refund me. That means whitegun has internet access and is probably online because he was able to explain something to paypal. I wonder what to do now. I live in eastern europe and here banks usually don't refund any money.( actually I haven't heard a bank in my country to ever refund someone).Whitegun is not responding anymore. Well it is time to take this thread to the shitlist.

As I said I DON'T live in the USA and banks in my country don't work that way. I think to contact a lawyer. Whitegun lives in the EU and I also live in the EU. I will try to get my money back.

You can't be the only one to contact Paypal and ask for a refund.
So why can't they see there is an issue with Whitegun, as for paying a lawyer because your both in the EU it would cost you more in the long term I guess.

Regarding this issue, I don't feel sorry for myself, I wanted someone do all the job for me for like $400 instead to learn, try and fail I wanted to be lazy bitch how want to profit from other people work. What are you talking about? You paid $500 for this shit. It is not pocket change. We cannot do everything ourselves, that is why we subcontruct to others. Even if we can do everything ourselves, it would not be as good as someone whose sole profession is ONLY that.

You should not blame yourself. This crook scammed everyone. But that is why I am saying you should leverage your position and make sure the decision on your money is not left to the other party in case the deal goes sour WILLINGLY or UNWILLINGLY.

This is not going to decrease the possibility that the person can scam you even if it is a 10-years old member with 500 reviews. Or a moderator. Or owner. Or whatever... on an internet forum with no identifiable information, location, etc.

I am willing to provide the timestamp of unitymediagroup.de connection. That is a relatively small ISP.

If I were you people, I would come together, put some bit more money to a lawyer and let someone in Dortmund go after this Russian scammer.
