I said I will consider it after I finish this first batch. I thought providing review copies like I am would replace the whole "demo". Giving out a demo is like giving out a method. Everyone sees what you do and they go and copy it.

I put a cap as 10,000 glob@l searches so it supports that it is low competition. I know some terms that have 40,000 glob@l searches and 400 exact comp, but it is high competition. I always choose the best keywords.

my .02 cents, dont show any demos with all the features. I think that would give away too much for copycats but again that means nothing if the sites dont produce income.

Maybe wait a few weeks to see if any of early clients are making any money before showing anything to anyone. IMHO

I've not purchased any of these sites as it's not part of my business model, but if I was looking for this type of service I'd definitely come to Josh.

I've spoken to him a number of times on MSN and seen the sites he's creating - excellent value for money if you want to get into the market. Build a few of these up and flip them a few months down the line and you'll make a nice profit

I am not using WP or any platform that can be modified easily by you. If you know the basics of HTML perhaps you could. To modify it would be easiest to negotiate a price with me. You like like add 2 articles for $15 or something. Since you paid for the site in the first place, I am sure you have enough money to buy a few extra things or if you need any changes or work done to the site.

I am negotiable if you have any "extra" or "special" requests.

What do I need to promote it? Do I need to promote it? How? How much time would it take me per day to earn such and such amount of money?

These are good keywords and once the site is uploaded, you need to get backlinks to the domain. I have offered 30% off of any purchase of 2 sites or more on High Authority back links. Once the SEO is done, it is basically 99% autopilot. You will need to check your to see if your maintaining your ranks like once a week or 2 times a month or whenever you feel the need so you know if you need to buy/build some more backlinks.

You are asking an impossible to predict. If the demand for your keyword goes down that month, and the PPC is like $0.10 to you, and you get 100 clicks.. you make $10 per month. However, if you PPC is high like $2 or something and you are number 1 for 3 keywords that are 10,000 monthly ****** searches each, then you will probably get 2/3 of the traffic searched so that comes to 20,000 monthly searches + random searches = 25,000. With a 3% conversion rate, at $2 PPC, then that is $1500. So it is very hard to predict and your results will probably be in the middle of the 2 but I don't guarantee anything.

So here are some questions:

1) How many pages does a completed niche site contain at handover?
2) And it self updates grabbing data from what typical sources?
3) Is it mysql database run, or stand alone html?
4) I supply you with domain cpanel / ftp and you get building?

So I supply the subject (eg: wheelchairs) and you do the research and build on that theme, upon the keyword related domain that I purchase?

Looking forward to your answers. I do need an example to view though, before handing over my hard earnt sheckels.
