Can someone tell me what the process to get the software is after I have paid? I want to buy it, but there's not like a:
1) pay
2) receive e-mail link bla bla
3) input license whatever
4) enjoy

I want to buy this but I really don't want to chase people around, I mean are they gonna e-mail me something or whatever. It wont let me PM the OP.

There will be a link "Return to merchant" after you made the payment via paypal. Click this link.
If you forgot it, you still will receive an email with the link.
The link enable you to download ScrapeBox. Download it, run it and click the "Activate" button.
Fill up the information you will be asked for and click submit.
Activation may take some time. Run ScrapeBox from time to time, it will auto-activate itself when the license is activated.
You do not need to enter any key or serial or such.

Hi all. I'm pretty much a novice and have been gathering information for the past few months and then decided to take the plunge with this darling piece of software. Bought it this morning and it was activated within 5 minutes. I am now like a child with a new toy and I think I better go and have a cigarette and try to calm down a bit. Finally I decided to buy this sweet soft. Currently waiting for the activation. I really can't wait to start playing with this and hopefully can hit google frontpage.

This is an incredibly useful piece of software. Not just for blog commenting, but for all sorts of research. It saves days... weeks of work.

One thing additional facility I would love to see (and I'm sure it has been requested before) is the ability to pause it. For those of us not running it on a server, this would be very useful as large tasks can take a day or more to complete.

If we could pause some of the add ons, then we could also refresh proxies several times during a long scrape.

Either way scrapebox is extraordinary value for money.

best advise to remember if you dont
get activated right away is to remember
this tool is sold on 2/3 forums so the owner
gets busy a lot + with updates for the tool
1/2 times a week its worth the delay u might
get 20 x over

Hey,

I've been playing around with Backlinks Checker Add On and I'm trying to 'Download All' the backlinks found across the URL I've ran through Scrapebox.

I'm using public proxies and have the latest version: V1.14.78

I've been waiting for the backlinks to download for about 30 minutes now. Only one line is left which shows about 9000 links and is the one that has been showing as 'Downloading' for the 30 minutes.

My task manager says Scrapebox is running fine and all the other lines are in green and say completed (the most on one of these URL's was 215 backlinks).

Is it just a waiting game or have I done something wrong here?

I am having a Error 407 Proxy Authentication Required. what seems to be the problem, I have successfully used those proxies on scrapebox just yesterday but now its driving me crazy.. SweetFunny can you help me out on this. thank you

@jansen1704 - yeah in SB you can pick with goog you want to scrape (like goog dot com, goog dot co uk, goog dot de) and only scrape that one's index

@Stu784 - public proxies are slow and unreliable; I'm not saying that's the source of your issue, but public proxies are a PITA

@charmedsage - check if you can authenticate in using one of those proxies in another app; if you're using a proxy provider who does IP verification or restrictions or otherwise locks down your use that could be an issue in play; I hear you that they were working yesterday, but I"ve seen other people having some issues with certain proxy providers and being able to auth using their proxies lately.

I tried again with just the homepage and out of the 9000 backlinks pointing to this URL it would only download 1000 backlinks. I clicked 'Download All' and not tried to save them via the 'Show' button (which I know will only show up to 1000).

Whats misleading is that the tool seems to be running ok.

Does anyone has problem with haversting with google? When i choose yahoo/bing/aol to harvest i have no problem i obtain results, but with google i obtain no resuts (or i have to try many times) very strange...

I've been getting a lot of issues here lately just trying to scrape. Google is being extremely slow and constantly giving me "IP Blocked" even though I've ran my proxies through the proxy checker several times and it says they're all fine.

Yahoo is constantly giving me 417 errors, and Bing is constantly giving me 500 errors. I can't get a single good scrape run in, they all cut off a little after 10k usually, at most 20k. I used to not have problems with this, and now I've had nothing but problems. I'd love any advice you might have on troubleshooting this. I have private proxies, but I use them for commenting
