Hey BHW, how are you guys????
I created a small site 2 months ago and now he is on the first position in google.
The niche is very small and has only 99k results and 350 exact results.
The thing is that this site is a sales page with a my own product.
I made a few sales from this site and now i want to know if its a good idea
to flip it.
I was thinking to sell the site and to give the buyer the complate package:

sales page, product, oto product, bonuses that are included and also to give
him full right to sell the product.

The product is in the money making niche.
I would like to hear the opinion of people who know and do site flipping.
Is there any potential with this site at the moment? or is it better for me to
try and get more sales ( not so easy for me ) and then sell it.
THANK YOU.

People help me out here!
I dont want to do a mistake and to lose money.

Geez, just do it, why do you need other people to tell you what to do?

Well don't be harsh, sometimes we need to help the new guy as well. :)

I would say build more traffic, is the exit strategy to sell? up?

How much does the site make? Say it makes $100 per month, then expect to get around $1000 for it.

So if you work a bit more on it for one or two month it could be more worth while for you to sell it then.

I see, the site makes $100 maybe a bit more from selling my product.
I will try to drive some more traffic to it, but my question is if a site that
is only a sales page that sells a uniqe product can be flipped for some nice profit?
The site is not a niche site with amazon ads, adsense or clickbank, just a sale page
with my product and PLR Bonuses.

As long as it's making money, it can be sold for a good amount. The fact that it's your own product shouldn't really matter much. If anything, use that as a selling point by saying "You can be the owner of your own product in the money making market without having to do all the research, sales page, testing, etc."

What you might want to do though to get the revenue increased even more is recruit some affiliates to start making sales for you. Maybe put it on Clickbank or some other affiliate networks so people can pick it up and start promoting it. This will bring more sales for you without having to really do anything.

j1218 is right.. as long as it is making money you can get a good earning flipping it.. i created a site which is barely 2 weeks old.. the product promoted is only 1 week old when i flipped it.. it earned me $200 in CB, but i flipped it in flippa for $1,700.. not bad for new site which is already at #9 in US google search..

You are %100 right in every word!
I would love to get some affiliates to the product or put it on ebay but the problem
is that my product sells for less then $10 and as a OTO of about $5 so i dont think this
will interest affiliates since the price is so low.
If you have any other idea or solution i will be more then happy to here that.
At the moment i am still trying to promote it on m own.

Oh yeah if it's only a $10 product, you will probably have a hard time finding any affiliates to push it for you. I guess just try and rank the site for more keywords and see if that brings you more sales.

You could also try raising the price to $20 or something and see if it still converts just as well. If it does, you may have an easier time picking up affiliates.

If the product sells for less then $10, will it be a problem to convert it? or
as long as it looks good and converts i flip it for good profit?

Being a $10 product doesn't mean it won't convert, it just means that it will be tough for you to find affiliates to sell it for you because they won't be makin much per sale.

You can still probably get around 10-12x revenue on Flippa for it though assuming you have stable earning history and most of the traffic is natural.

Pls share your website in order for ppl to help you in giving u good advise

If you are making money out of it, do not sell it. Just boost your links and content of the website.
By that, you will earn more.

I never bought a website, because who will sell good money making website if everything is going good ?

You guys do know that you are 6 years late, right?
