Even if this were true, all it really does is give you the weights for various parts of your seo plan. It still doesn't tell you how they arrived at those scores.

exactly there's no reason for thought behind this, i mean it might be useful but again were back to trial and error even with this information.

It must have something to do with the input/output rate of the pipe. If the website has too much girth you might need some lube.

also, when you search something and you see those OLD ASS html pages that show up #1 but load instantly!
