If a client recently changed their phone number, keep the old line forwarding until the cleanup is done.
Calls from listings that nobody has fixed yet still reach them that way.

Yes, you can order for several clients or locations at once.
The easiest way is to email us a text file with the order details for each location. You can then pay the total directly to our PayPal. It also saves you from filling out the order form once for every location.

For anyone handling law firm clients.
Legal directories like Avvo and Justia create a profile for each attorney from public records, whether anyone asked for one or not. A firm with ten attorneys can have eleven listings on one site, the firm plus each lawyer.
When an associate leaves, their profile can keep the firm's address and main line. Check the attorneys who've left before you build anything new.
We correct these by hand and hand back a report with every live link and login. One-time pricing from $5.
PM me with the firm and the directories you're seeing.

Quick one for anyone comparing citation orders this week.
Ask the seller how they find your existing listings before they build new ones.
If the answer is “by business name”, the old phone number and the old suite number never get found, and the new listings go up next to the wrong ones.
We search by phone first, then name and address, so the listing under the number you dropped two years ago is in the report too.
See The Process in the first post, or Start An Order if you already know how many you need.
