For it has no lover too.
I wrote a thousand poems with love,
But none could walk to you.

Among the millions in this world,
Why does my heart seek only you?
Like a fallen leaf, I wait alone,
Dreaming you will find me too.

I count the hours, watch the road,
And listen for your gentle call.
My tired eyes still wait for you
To hear your footsteps after all.

Not really good at writing poems and i try my best shot here .

Moon, when you touch her window tonight,
Hold her gently in your silver light.
Tell her I’m here, just beneath your glow,
Missing a love I have yet to know.

Maybe she’s watching you right now,
The same moon above us, somehow.
Until the day her hand finds mine,
I’ll feel a little closer to her through your light.

Ah, my bad I’m not very good at making music, but I had suggestion: my choice would be “Until I Found You” by Stephen Sanchez. I think this kind of romantic, nostalgic vibe would fit really well.

This is a really nice concept! The lyrics have a calm, emotional feel that could work beautifully as a soft acoustic or piano song. Curious to see what kind of melodies people come up with for this challenge.
