Hey everyone,

I decided to start this thread to document my journey to $30,000/month with an AI creator account on Fanvue.

I'm currently creating content using ComfyUI workflows running on Vast.ai, and I'm pretty happy with the image quality. My main traffic source is Instagram (@scarlettblazex), but I'm struggling with low views and slow follower growth.

I'm considering testing Reddit, TikTok, and possibly Snapchat to drive more traffic, although Snapchat seems risky due to account bans.

I've been trying to achieve financial freedom for nearly 10 years and have accumulated around €60,000-70,000 in debt along the way. This thread is mainly for accountability and to help me stay consistent instead of giving up.

I'd love to hear any tips regarding Fanvue growth, Instagram, Reddit, TikTok, or other traffic sources.

I'll post updates a few times per week and document everything honestly.

Best wishes but i believe this journey is created mostly by frustration and desperation to pay that 70K debt ..... that is maybe why you even choose 30k /month target but in internet marketing things usually don't go that fast to be honest and you will better to put smaller targets before you go for 30K/month just to be more realistic

Instagram is popping off. ~900 → 3,400 followers in 10 days. Engagement is
better than I expected - one reel pulled 1,000+ comments and is still climbing.
Audience is exactly my target: US, older guys.

What's working: I take a viral format (gym mirror selfie, GRWM, relatable POV)
and swap my model into it with Wan Animate (runs cheap, ~$0.60/clip). Key learning:
authentic "iPhone look" >> polished/cinematic. My best performers all look real,
not AI-perfect. Same reference face every time so she stays recognizable.

The problem: conversion. ~100 clicks on my bio link, only 3 subs (3%).
That'swhat I'm attacking now. I rebuilt my link page (oopsie.bio) for conversion:
- killed the "back to Instagram" button (was leaking clicks straight back to IG)
- ONE CTA → Fanvue, repeated (image tile + button), nothing else
- social proof in the bio line ("3,000+ already found me")
- suggestive-but-mystery teaser image, face cropped

Will report back if the number moves.

Where I need input:
1. IG → Fanvue bio-link conversion. 3% feels low. Anyone cracked this ratio?
2. Vault depth. I have some nudes but need more + better + CONSISTENT (same face).

Anyone got a reliable workflow or freelancer for consistent AI nude sets?

Traffic engine clearly works. Now it's funnel + content depth. More soon.

Fanvue in general will always have much lower conversion compared to OF, the best things to improve it is to make the IG page itself as real looking as possible. Posts that a girl in that niche would make, locations she would be in that make sense etc etc

So, my Instagram is really exploding. went from 900 followers to now 5,2000 followers within 15 days. Got a few reels with 6 figure views and amssive engagament. The audience is also right (mostly USA old men). From all those new followers I only got 18 Fanvue followers and 15 subscribers....
I do stories everyday, have link in bio and even integrated Manychat commen to dm function yesterday.

Maybe some of you could have a look it. Username on IG is scarlettblazexx_ .

i would concentrate on developing one source of traffic initially rather than developing several sources of traffic simultaneously.after you have identified what works you can gradually move onto other sources of traffic.

First Fanvue sale is in — and I've hired a chatting agency to handle the DMs. Fanvue is now at 32 subscribers + 25 followers.

Instagram is the real winner so far. @scarlettblazexx went from 900 → 7,000 followers in one month, with reels hitting 150,000 views and crazy engagement. The problem: that traffic isn't converting hard yet — only 2–3 Fanvue subs per day.

Where I'm stuck: X (Twitter). I figured I'd repurpose there too (same handle, @scarlettblazexx), but it's a different world — I posted the exact same reels that did 150k on IG and they're pulling ~10 views each on X. Zero traction. I clearly have no idea how the X algorithm/funnel works for this.

Questions for the room:

IG → Fanvue conversion: 2–3 subs/day off 7k followers + 150k-view reels feels low. What's the missing piece — funnel, CTA, offer?
X from scratch: how do you actually get a cold account moving? Reposting IG reels clearly isn't it.

Hello there. I will tell you my story, sorry if my english is kind of broke, i'm from latam.

I've been on this business since late 2023, I grew up some accounts on instagram based on realism and anime content, but now all they're gone.. banned. My best account was at 100k followers on instagram, it was about an AI influencer but now im starting a new account of her. Yes, I made some money, and im living of it right now, I have been around a year out of this because I lost all my instagram accounts, the thing is, I never found how to funnel those 100k followers into subs, her fanvue still live with 400 followers but 0 subs, i dont know if there are twitter groups or telegram groups where i can get subs easier, i'm interested on hire someone that can help me on this sharing my fanvue/x/instagram link on big groups or idk, the problem is that there are a lot of scammers so i don't trust on people. I never had more than 5 subs at the same time on fanvue, most of the money I made was from patreon(between 3-4 accs), Fanvue ambassador program and an extra AI job i had.

So that's it, im starting again, but i think there should be an easier way to get success, im posting daily on X but it is very tricky, one day I get 1k views and the next day 20 views, so i don't get it lol. I don't know about coding, i do everything from myself but im tired of stupid instagram getting down the work i made for months, it is very frustrating how hypocritical they are taking the fact that there are A LOT of girls showing butts and breasts with 500k followers and nothing happens.

32 subs in a couple of months is very nice, $70k is ultra ambitious for me lol, i would be good with 2k/month to be honest, i don't need much more, but yeah this is my short story about my journey, i hope you get the success you want mate.

You make the most sales first with views not with followers. Use manychat system the right way and see how influencers like Maria Wendt make money on IG.

feels low? it's actually high. You need millions of views per month organic to make decent money, your 100k views aren't enough and 3 subs out of 100 clicks is actually good. This is Fanvue not Onlyfans, don't expect same numbers.
