Communication: OP was responsive and all the reports are shared through Google Docs and in excel.
Keyword Research: Good keyword research with search volume and bid data included.
Campaign Analysis: The initial campaign was tested and analysed properly.
Keyword Performance: The report shows individual keyword performance and useful campaign data.
Report Quality: The report is clean, organised, and easy to understand.
Work Done: They provided both keyword research and campaign analysis, not just a basic report.
Overall Verdict: A good trial experience with useful research and clear reporting.

I was selected for a review copy.
@Sofiamartinez delivered the report in a couple of days.
It showed that he spent $13+ in the campaign in less than 2 days.
As shown in the screenshot attached, the ad received 758 impression, and 15 clicks, making the cost per click to be $0.92.
The keyword I submitted is competitive, having about 3M monthly searches.
He didn't report only the ad performance, but also keyword analysis report.
I'm impressed with this, and confident the ad can be improved if it runs for longer days.
