You're confused and confusing the shit out of me with my own post. But it's okay. You can kind of figure that if you have a targeted list and a spun message you're going to see way better results. If you have an untargeted list and a single message not spun, guess what? It's still going to work out for you. I scrape lists on request and filter them all out between PR 3+, yes.

got my report, everything looks solid. Even the small blast will be a significant number if even a small portion stick so I am excited. It will be a few weeks before I see any jumping around but Ill be monitoring my progress in the SERP's

Instead of post i would add text in signature i suppose no more than 250 characters long.

One more question - do you provide successful link after the blast (in my case profile blast).
