I have been searching for a way to earn money on an adult site. An easy and exciting way to make big money compared to all the options available in India, at least for me.
If anybody in India owns a porn site, how do you manage the revenue from an ad company or subscription? Whatever the way you get the money.
As many know, porn is Illegal in India. Whatever we do with that- creating, distributing, owning- it's illegal.
But still, there are many people creating porn, like on OnlyFans; I see so many Indian couples as XHamster creators. I also see Faphouse creators. So how do they not get caught by the Income Tax or the Indian Govt?
In my research, I found the biggest problem comes when we need to file taxes.
When you pay taxes, you don't need to show all the information related to your business, like what kind of business you run.
You can say you get this from the ad company as revenue for your website. No need to talk about your website. (I think )
The biggest problem comes when they decide to investigate you. You have to show all kinds of details, even if you don't; they can get them. (I think )
You can have a server offshore, maintain profiles using a private email that doesn't connect to you, like Tuta Mail. Buy and get paid everything in a private crypto wallet that doesn't link to you. Still, how do you take the money from a private crypto wallet? A bank is not possible.
If we are caught owning an adult site, I believe it's 3 years in jail and a 5 lakh INR fine. Not sure exactly.
At the time of investigation, they will check at least 3 years of income, and it can go beyond 10 years. So even if they stop midway, it's possible to leave a track record.
This is the only reason I am still afraid to start. Money is not a problem; we can just pay the fine and be done with it. But the jail time is the problem. I even thought about money laundering , but yeah, that's too much.
I know Govt is not actively checking in this field. Because if there is, there will be so many arrests for this. I just want to start with a clear picture.
