Hello my friend, how are you doing all? today i am gonna share my very stupid problems,
i always wanted to be a developer, even when i was kid 2013, i have been trying how the codes actually works, but in middle, i stopped, because i was in a relationship with a girl, but i got nothing even her, currently now i am in saudi arabia, working as a kitchen helper, but i Don't like the job, i want to be a debelopr at any cost, since this thinks just coming in my head, i gave a try agaim, learning nodejs, javasc, but now i have a basic knowledge with nodej, like vanilla javascript, and nodejs built in apis, i can handle auth, i can handle cookies, rate limiting while login, registering, user profile, blog system, as a newbie i am trying to build a blog, simple blog, u can see it on github https://github.com/ArifRawf/Simple-Blog-System

but the problem is, i Don't know what to do next, how can i get the clients to work some projects for them, where to start? i am still learning, but beside i want ro deploy what i learned since this 4 months...

Bro, fiverr and similar sites are the ones you should focus. Also, i'd use that basic knowlege in those languages you learnt and take a more deep approach in vibe coding. Basically, if you can understand the full architecture of a system, with this knowlege you got (even if it's basic) you'll be totally fine to developt anything. If you can get a claude subscription and then try to build anything. And at the same time apply for any services on fiverr you see fit. And i respectfully disagree with the previous user, you don't really need a specific ammount of time in anything to sell your services, you need to know how to handle yourself in any job involving coding.

Good luck on your journey!

Start with small projects that match what you already know: simple business websites, REST APIs, authentication systems, admin panels, or small CRUD applications. Build 2–3 projects that you can actually deploy and show people. For finding clients, try local businesses, Facebook groups, LinkedIn, Upwork, and even people you already know. Your first goal shouldn’t be making a lot of money; it should be getting that first real project and learning how working with a client actually feels.

And don’t be discouraged because you’re currently working as a kitchen helper. Your current job is just where you are right now, not where you have to stay. Keep learning, build consistently, deploy your projects, and start applying for small work even while you’re still improving.

You don’t need to become a great developer before starting. Start, struggle, fix things, and get better through real projects.
