can dispute help if seller doesn't have a marketplace thread? I posted for google ads in BHW and he connected me with telegram.

Nothing you can do but to learn from this experience and move on.
Hire a Freelancer section is infested with scammers who make a living here by "selling" Ads accounts, cloaking and other high-risk services.

you can still report, because @Singhanc is still around, he is not banned...if the conversation started on BHW and he was offering services as a non-upgraded member, he will be banned

You can't start disputes against non-upgraded members. If you choose to deal with people who have not upgraded then you're taking a risk we cannot help you with, not to mention breaking the rules of the forum.
@serpnames, I've banned @Singhanc for repeated selling via DM. In future, make sure a member has an upgraded account before you buy anything from them.

Yes, because you can open a dispute against them as long as you have conducted the deal on BHW. If you do business on Telegram then we can't help you, regardless of whether they're upgraded or not.

still you need to pay in part payment. Dont pay $1000 to random jr vip
pay $100 and see result then pay another $100. This way you save money from scammer

good advice bro, thank you. I just got one guy contacted me on telegram, I put all this conditions like bhw chat and small budget and account access. Seems like it was too much for him and no reply
