Firstly client was informed accordingly that we are awaiting info from Google. He contacted me on Telegram and sent his wallet for a refund at 8 AM local time. I was offline since I start work from 10 AM. Instead of waiting for a reply or trying to resolve the issue like a normal person, he immediately ran to the moderators and opened a dispute. (everything happened within 5-6 hours)
This is extremely impatient and unreasonable behavior. If someone can't wait a few hours before escalating to moderators, they're not worth dealing with. Expect unnecessary drama, false urgency, and wasted time.
In the end, the refund was completed within 6 hours.
I will never do business with him again, and I strongly advise everyone else to avoid trading with him as well.
