Depends on the day—the range is around $35 to $40. However, this means the websites is full of ads to reach that amount. Compared to other niches, hentai has the worst CPM I’ve seen so far

$15 all-in with zero hosting costs is about as lean as a project gets. Smart move using the embed API instead of self-hosting — that's usually where these setups bleed money.
90 unique visitors by day 4 purely from backlinks is a decent early signal. The real test will be once Google indexes more pages and organic kicks in.

Nice progress so far! Just curious, did you register a brand new domain or did you go with an expired domain to give it a head start with SEO?

It is one of those kinds of sites that gives you everything you need to start a hentai website of your own on autopilot: API, embed code, images.
Great question, it was an expired domain. It didn't have many backlinks, I believe it had ~300 weak nofollows and ~80 weak dofollows the moment I bought. Now it has +1000 dofollows, but only making $0.50/day at the time of writing (which is still good, profits).
Google deranked me at some point, but I am still happy with the project. I haven't mentioned on this thread, but I started a second autopilot hentai site with same setup but only display ads, just to try things out. That one is making $0.05/day but has a lot more visitors that return to the site. If I added pop-ups & more to that one, I would be making $2-5/day, but I am refraining from doing it at the moment.
Since Site A is making me $0.5/day (that's like 1domain per month), I have been thinking of just keep going and making more, each with different SEO strategies. This market is saturated, but Google isn't ranking the top sites on the top when searching titles directly.

The market is not saturated. It is wrong how hentai titles are... most hentai use non-adult words as titles, so if you search, many of the hentai titles are showing legit websites/blogs on Google ... this is an update of what Google made before ... The hentai niche is easy but has a very bad CPM ...

Hentai is good to have as an extra, but if you want to make money quickly, it’s better to focus on different niches, such as amateur, MILF, etc. I want to focus on niches that convert well and have good CPM and revshare rates. You can use AI to research which adult niches have the best CPM and conversion rates.
I started with hentai because I enjoy the niche, but I’m doing my best to move into other niches as soon as possible. However, since I’m building my new CMS v2, it’s taking a little longer.
Hentai niche most people don't spend $$$, and they don't browse much ... they come see the video they want and kinda done ... very big difference compared with other niches where people open 10/20 videos ... on hentai, 2/3 videos max and out; most people watch and leave...
