How are you handling Google’s Government Documents restricted category when a client comes with visa / ETA / official document ads?

Lately I am seeing more clients asking for campaigns related to visa help, ETA services, travel authorizations, EIN, government forms, etc. But Google has become very strict under its Government Documents & Services restricted category.

As per Google policy, many services such as electronic travel visas, passports, business identifiers, driver licenses, tax-related documents, and other official government services now need certification before ads can run. Even if the business is genuine, ads may still get limited or disapproved unless advertiser verification + certification is completed.

In real life, when a client comes with this kind of project:

• Do you take the project immediately?
• Do you first check policy eligibility?
• Have you worked with anyone from this forum who genuinely understands this restricted area?
• Any reliable consultant / agency member here who has already solved such cases?
  

I think many people are silently struggling in this category, especially in travel, immigration, and document services.

bro do not take these projects immediately without vetting the client first because the government documents and services restricted policy is an absolute account killer if handled wrong

Unfortunately, linking to an official .gov website is a mandatory requirement for Google Ads Government Documents & Services verification. There isn't a way to bypass this requirement. If your business isn't officially authorized and connected to the relevant government website, approval is unlikely.

Its trick, I may be able to help establish the required connection with the relevant .gov website, can't explain here.

And their website is IRCC, so i need to be authorised by IRCC and once that is done my ad will be approved right?

I went through chat gpt and i found that IRCC doesn’t give authorisation to anyone to give ETA assistance service.
