I've been deep diving into white hat SEO lately, specifically the technical side of things — Core Web Vitals, crawl budget optimization, structured data, internal linking architecture, that kind of stuff.
For those of you consistently landing page 1 rankings through purely technical + on-page work (no PBNs, no paid links, no gray/black hat tactics):
  1. What technical fix or optimization gave you the single biggest ranking jump, and on what type of site (local, ecommerce, content/blog)?
  2. How do you prioritize technical SEO work vs content/E-E-A-T work when you're starting from a low-authority site?
  3. Any tools/workflows you swear by for finding technical issues that actually move the needle (vs the ones that just look good in an audit report but don't affect rankings)?
Appreciate any real-world experience you can share!

For me, improving internal linking and fixing crawl/ indxing issues had the biggest impact. On low-authority sites, I prioritize tcontent quality and search intent first, then technical SEO to make sure Google can crawl and understand everything efficiently.
