Why do I keep getting restricted by Instagram?

IG the best platform to scale fast to 6-7 figures, to make money fast. IG not forbids messages, it's not what you think the way it works.
Forget making spam messages in blast, IG messages only work via engagement, not the other way around.

It is not clear what the “safe” number is now. It looks like Instagram values patterns rather than quantity, so take breaks between each step and don’t repeat the same pattern dailyy
You not get a ban when some percentage of your followers engage with you, only in this way messages work, not the other way around.

Instagram's filters seem much stricter these days, so even normal activity can sometimes trigger restrictions. You should slow things down for a while and avoid doing too many actions in a short period.

Is because the activity was unatural or to much usage of account all of sudden or linking to an existing account or either a bad ip no proxy or no mobile device. Anything that can make you stand out as a non real users will give flags to ig

Instagram limits are not fixed and can change anytime. I would slow down actions, spread them throughout the day, and avoid doing many follows, comments, and likes within a short time.

It sounds more like Instagram's detection is being overly sensitive than anything you're doing wrong. Since the review gets approved straight away, I'd avoid stacking actions too quickly.
I have had better luck spreading follows, comments and DMs throughout the day instead of doing them in one session, even when the total numbers were the same.

Maybe your IP changes too often, that's usually the reason's most of restrictions.

This has happened twice in a week now.

Instagram gives me a restriction on my account status from sending messages for a month. I request a review and the restriction immediately gets lifted with Instagram saying “our technology made a mistake”.

My profile is very old.

So I only use one account, home WiFi and 5g, no automation or proxies, manual follow unfollow.

My actions include around 25 follows per day, comment on 12-15 of them, 19-20 unfollows, DMing only those people who follow back or reply to my comments.

DMs are varied not same. Only 1 DM at a time and no links.

How many comments, follows and likes is safe to do at once?

Can watching and liking someone’s story along with follow and comment put me at more risk?
Most likely you were flagged as a bot, so from my exp you should keep your activty towords stable side. Don't do rapid actions, don't use VPN or proxies as well.

Successful IG marketers using legal DM systems, they not doing commentung and sending manual DM messages.

Given that the restriction is being revoked after being reviewed it seems like it is one of those automated false flag problems. Try reduccing the speed at which u perform actions nd also interspersing ur normal web surfing among ur followings, commenting nd DMs. Sometimes just doing things the way humans normally would can prevent such temporary restrictions.

Don't start with directory submissions or random backlinks. First build useful pages that can actually rank, then promote them through relevant websites and communities.

You should act consistently. The system is always evaluating any suspicious activity, and any action will trigger warnings; your account may even be permanently banned.

Keep it under 10 follows and 10 comments a day. Yes, doing a follow, comment, and story view all at once looks like a bot. Space them out over hours so the AI does not block you.

Based on what u have said it looks like it is more of a problem with Instagram auto detector algorithm rather than ur behhavior. Since a review lifts the ban automatically it is best to not change anything major in ur activities, except perhaps leaving some time gaps between diifferent actions that u do.

It sounds like your activity is being picked up by instagram automated systems rather than a manual review. Even if everything is done manually then doing the same sequence of actions repeatedly can sometimes trigger restrictions. I would spread the activity throughout the day and avoid doing everything in one session.

when managing Instagram profile with proxies,it is advise to operate with no spam score proxies to secure profile from getting suspend and if it occur try clear of app cookie and cache to secure new profile from same effect.
managing of another Instagram profile after first suspend with proxies could be done with phone/device ip with browser instead of using same app.
Sucessful IG influencers using DM systems the legal way and not any proxies.

DM systems the legal way is allowed in IG.

What has the SEO ranking of your website to do with doing marketing on IG ? Most influencers and marketers like Taki Moore as example not using their website to make sales from IG.

yeah that’s super frustrating.
ig sometimes flags patterns like bursts of follows so i’d slow the pace and give a bit more time between actions.
