No I don't think so. It tags the videos as AI generated now but it doesnt discourage it. I have seen few songs pop up in my feed, totally ai made and they were getting decent views and subs in channel.

it is not against ai voices, but it is against low quality ai voices. Some ai have spikes in the audio, which you should edit with audacity or other tool before you post it

AI voice itself shouldnt be a problem The bigger thing is making sure your scripts editing storytelling and visuals are original and valuable If your content is good I’d say go for it dont let your English speaking hold you back

The problem i have with AI voices is not that itself as I have seen plenty of anonymous channels manage to use it well rather, it was when the video is entirely generic.

Yes, there are tons of channels with awful AI voices that publish audiobooks. And that's the least of it: some clone images of famous people like Robert Green or others, and they display the regenerated photo of the person on the video, claiming that the content, clearly generated by ChatGPT, is teaching from the person in question.

However, they add a disclaimer saying it's AI-generated, and that it's content made "by a community of fans" to "pay tribute" to the famous person. And they check the box indicating that it's AI-generated content.

In any case, whether it's mediocre audiobooks or the dubious use of "Green's principles" or something similar, those who do it right don't seem to be penalized by the algorithm despite a truly terrible voice. A few days ago, I spent more than a week studying the phenomenon.

the problem most likely does not lie in the use of ai voice in itself, there are enough of facelless streams with synthesized voice that work well.the key factor here is whether the video was made with effort put behind it or not. If ur choice is elevenlabs, then ur main concerns should be the right voice, the script nd the visuals that contribute to the overall content.
