Honestly I don’t think YouTube cares much about AI voice anymore. It cares more about watch time and audience interest.

No I don't think so. It tags the videos as AI generated now but it doesnt discourage it. I have seen few songs pop up in my feed, totally ai made and they were getting decent views and subs in channel.
