If you had to start a new blog today, what would you do first ?

I suggest begin by selecting a clear topic you can consistently write about. after that understand your target audience, set up a simple blog and start publishing useful content regularly.

If I have to start a new blog today, I will start with keyword research before writing anything. I will find low competition long tail topics that makes early growth much easier.

Hi everyone,
I want to know if you were launching a brand-new blog today with no traffic, what would be the very first thing you'd focus on ?
start by having a niche along with some pillar posts that talk about your core content in depth, with two or three article being enough for this purpose. you should then creat additional content base on these links to show google what your site structure looks like.

If I were starting a brand new blog today with no traffic, my first priority would be understanding a specific audience and the challenges they face. Then, I’d create one genuinely helpful piece of content that solves a real problem better than anything else available. Building trust and providing value comes before worrying about traffic.

Keyword research and content. Then traffic source. Never rely on a single traffic source. Diversify, right from the beginning.

I would do keyword research as well as publish exceptional content in order to get the most "juice" out of search engines.

I'll Spend mostt of my time on niche and keyword research first.

A lot of blogs fail before they even publish because they target topics that are too competitive. Getting the niche right makes everything else easier.

i would start with choosing a clear niche then researching what people are searching for and creating a helpful content plan. from my experience that having the right foundation, site structure and consistent quality content matters more than publishing a lot of random posts.

When starting a new blog, i usually focus on valuable content, that's the beginning and the long-term goal for building my personal blog.

Hi everyone,
I want to know if you were launching a brand-new blog today with no traffic, what would be the very first thing you'd focus on ?
I would decide on ways other than seo for driving traffic. I will still be doing seo but would not entirely depend on you. I suggest options like social media traffic to you.

Had I been in your place , I would first determine based on my budget. Like if I had less budget, I would do everything on my own to reduce initial costs.

Wishing you all the best.

Hi everyone,

I definitely find a problem that people want solution. After that I’ll start writing on my blog about that problem solution. This is how I start my blog

One thing that's worked for me early on is dropping a few well-placed comments on mid-sized, active forums in my niche, linking back to a solid resource post. Beats shouting into the void and sometimes brings in your first real readers without waiting for Google to wake up. Just avoid spamming or your rep goes out the window fast.

I would first spend my time to understand what people are actually searching for instead of writing the articles.
A good content plan from beginning can save a lot of time and helps the blog to grow faster.

Very first thing would be to buy an aged, premium domain in .org or .com....not some random newly regged pile of crap...

I would start with solid keywords research and create a few high quality articles that solve real problems .Then I would focus on publishing consistently and promoting the content instead of expecting quick traffic.

for me, the first step will be publishing a small set of high quality posts instead of trying to post daily. around 10 solid asticles to build a base.

I would start with effective keyword research and competitor analyses before writing a new blog post. A clear content plan makes everything easier later. I would also focus on publishing a few high quality, evergreen blog posts instead of chasing lots of content from the beginning.
