Looking for editor - editing Podcast Clips for Instagram

I give you raw footage of clips, not full podcast, i already give you 10-30 second clips and you edit them.

Good examples (videos should look similar):

You should do a mix of following:
- adding transcript
- zoom in/out
- adding sound effects
- cut out silent parts
- adding music
