Low value content - Not approved in Adsense

I have submitted my site for Adsense approval and got message
Low value content

So how do I overcome with that before applying again?

1) which niche?

2a) how many articles do you have?
2b) are they 100% AI, or manually edited?
2c) do they address the search intent properly and thoroughly?

3) do you have all legal pages on your site? (about us, contact, refunds, disclaimer, privacy policy, etc.)
4) do you have non-google (but still quality) traffic yet?

Most likely one of these triggers the rejection, probably the content (2a, 2b, or 2c) ones since the reason was "low value content".

Make sure your site has enough content before applying. If its a new domain, wait a couple of months first. Also, dont forget to complete the basic pages like About Us, Contact, and Privacy Policy.
If the site is already established, just keep trying and reapply a few times. AdSense approval can be hit or miss. Still, the CPC is pretty low these days, so don't expect too much from it.

The reason that I've asked about the niche is that some niches might need strong EEAT before getting approved, but SEO is not one of them, so in this regard you're good, which means it's the content... Most likely, the garbage AI content (and for the love of god, stop using the word "humanize", it makes me throw up...)

There's only one thing that can be humanized: the HUMANS. Not the AI, not the bots, the robots, the cyborgs, not anything else. Only humans have souls, and only they can be humanized. If you want to "humanize" the bots just say spin / rewrite the content (or manually edit), it's more or less the same thing...

Low value content can be triggered by several things, not just article quality.
Thin pages, duplicate content, and weak site structure can all contribute. I'd review the site as a whole before reapplying.

low value content usually means that site isn't offering enough unique value compared to similar sites. i'd review thia pages duplicate topics, and overall content quality before reapplying.

My site also got rejected before with the same kind of reason (low value content). At that time, the articles were written only manually.
What helped me was changing the angle of the content. At first, I had mostly general car reviews, but later I moved more into specific model comparisons (category VS), top 10 lists, and summarized user opinions. After some time, indexing improved, average positions became better, and traffic also started to grow.
The site was approved later, but as people already said above, Google does not bring huge money now anyway.
I think you should continue working on the content, but try to find your own more specific angle. Move away from very general content and make it more focused on something narrow and useful.
