Banned for "Non-consensual nudity" policy, what are the chances I can get my account back?

My current account that had around 20k followers was banned today due to the "Non-consensual nudity policy".

In the email there was a tweet of mine, which doesn't really break any rules itself, all the videos I posted there came from other accounts (Basically the original poster appears at the foot of the video), so I don't understand how can I be breaking that rule, I have appealed already and I'm awaiting for a reply.

Has anybody had luck appealing this kind of ban reason? Seems like X doesn't really check the validity of these reports, as any normal person would be able to tell that is obviously a fake report.

Got plenty of these from 2019-2022, nothing you can do about it. Appealing will most certainly not work because this is treated as a heavy ToS violation. It's also most likely competitor of yours reporting you and it worked.

Did the video you posted stay up on the original poster's account?

I can't really see the original poster but I'm really sure it was a clip from one of these Japanese porn accounts that post clips of JAV.

Can't confirm whether is up or not sadly

Yeah this happens sometimes with X. Even if your tweet looks fine, the system can still flag it wrongly or based on reports. I have appealed for months but not restored yet!

I mean, it's my second account getting banned like this, but I was thinking I'd be safe if instead of downloading and posting the videos as mine, I would just use the "post" function from Twitter that posts the video as a link.

But seems like I was wrong, I guess I'll have to assume I will never get it back.

I wonder if there's anyway to keep myself safe from these kind of reports tbh

Sooner or later, all porn accounts will get banned. Who said Twitter loves porn? That’s not true. It ‘tolerates’ it, but all its algorithms are set to prioritise banning porn!

Face it! Buy a dozen new accounts and start all over again...

They definitely don't, but they surely have a liking for some older accounts that have been doing the same thing than me, that don't seem to have any issues

Can you please elaborate on how? Other than appealing saying that it's a wrongful report, I can't think about anything else. I stated that the video I embedded was already publicly available in many other accounts on my appeal

I appealed and got it back
thats the mail I received ( it was suspended for ban evasion )

Your account has been restored

Hello,

We have reviewed your appeal request for account, @Ce*****BT.

Our automated systems have determined there was no violation and have restored your account to full functionality.

You’re dealing with bots. All bans are issued by bots.
Do you want to prove the bots wrong? Well, good luck with that =)
I reckon each live moderator gets about 1,000 complaints, issues and so on every day. Do you think they can keep up?
So don’t expect a reply.
The only chance of getting your account back is if it’s a temporary ban. Then it’ll come back on its own in a couple of weeks. I’ve lost about twenty accounts that way over the last two years.

Unfortunately, it's a permanent ban.

I have appealed more than 10 hours ago and I still had no reply. But yeah, I'll assume it's lost.

It's just exhausting to build an account little by little, to lose everything in a single day.

unless you have an insider connect

Automated bot farms are aggressively targeting social media platforms.
Social media platforms, in turn, are implementing more aggressive defence mechanisms. It’s just war as usual =) Who suffers the most in any war? That’s right – the civilians! So here you are, suffering...

The solution?
1. Create accounts not one by one but in ‘batches’
2. Get yourself into the mindset straight away that these are temporary accounts. And don’t pick any ‘favourites’. They’re all ‘cannon fodder’ =)
3. Got your account banned? – Just calmly delete it and launch 10 new ones!

The problem is that I use these accounts to socialize mostly, I wouldn't mind automating 10 accounts to warm them up so I could swap the accounts as they get suspended. Might have to look into it tbh

X's AI bots are crazily unpredictable. X is flooded with nsfw content yet you got banned right?

Yes, but seems more like targeted report, since you have to actually fill out some information manually before making the report.

Its not a VIP account right?
No, it was a basic Twitter account, because I knew this was gonna happen sooner or later. Same for BHW, this is a basic account as well

You won't get it back. Don't worry about it, the net is a big place, traffic doesn't just stop on twitter. This is a time for you to reflect on your expectations and assumptions, as if you are using other peoples content, and EXPECTING it to happen, why you spending any time caring now? Don't steal other peoples content, and expect to make a business from it. That is like obvious no?

Mind you, I already have seen other accounts like mine posting the same text word by word as soon as I got suspended.

And I don't think I'm stealing anything, as I said, the original poster is still featured at the bottom, I don't think you can claim ownership of a video that I have seen multiple times over the years (at least you shouldn't be able to)
