Now they are introducing a clanker training program for all employee keystrokes, according to this article

Meta will start tracking the way employees work, including their keystrokes and mouse clicks, to train its artificial intelligence (AI) models.

Knowing that they are training clankers and being expected to talk eventually to a zuckersuck clanker, WHO would really want to work at a company like that...

Would you work for a company that trained their clankers from your data to replace you?

Maybe if all the programmers of meta got transferred to live chat customer service! lol

Pretty much every business only survives due to stake holder participation. So i can't see this as being welcome inside the HQ, and around the world.

Lets see, 2 years at most I think till a 50%+ workforce cut? Tainted brand with at the moment 63%+ of users reporting being scammed will probably be even higher!

Facebook's support is pretty bad even today. So I don't really know if you add artificial intelligence to this, what happens.
Of course, this artificial intelligence needs to be monitored to see what it does.
So there will definitely be people monitoring the situation.
But if you think that the aim is to maintain the system 80% with artificial intelligence, then I don't think that the system will work together.
But you never know...

Of course, if you compare Facebook to X. Elon Musk threw "political fighters" outside, then maybe it's also good to throw these political fighters out of Facebook and replace them with artificial intelligence. That would make the battlefield equal for both sides.

However, Facebook should focus heavily on these scammers and spammers on its platform. If people lose trust in the platform, they will stop using it.
I can give you my own personal statistics. Out of 100 friends, maybe 15 of them are still active on Facebook. I don't know where these other people have gone or moved to. They haven't died yet, but they have stopped using Facebook altogether. Maybe they use Instagram or TikTok. Hard to say.
But clearly the activity has decreased on Facebook at 10 years. The only ones that get visibility are News and some political figures or social media celebrities.

Feels a bit exaggerated tbh.
A lot of companies are already tracking workflows in different ways, especially when it comes to training AI or improving internal tools.
Doesn’t necessarily mean “replace everyone” overnight. More like optimizing processes and reducing costs where they can.
From a marketing side, FB isn’t going anywhere for now. It just keeps getting harder and less forgiving.
If anything, it’s pushing people to adapt faster - new angles, new pages, new setups - instead of relying on the same thing forever.

fb is not ending anytime soon. people complain but the platform is too big and ads still print money. workforce cuts may happen but that wont kill the business.

FB is too strong to end. But I wouldn't like to be an employee there

A bird told me they already implemented that, long type ago.
Even the clipboard isn't safe...
But I don't trust the birds. Or should I?! :anyway:
