never heard of lixrs specifically. id be cautious with any cloaker you havent seen real results from - theres alot of tools out there that work in theory but fail when the ad platform actually sends a manual reviewer
best way to evaluate: ask whoever recommended it for screenshots of active campaigns running through it. how long have they been running? what platform? what niche? if they cant show that then its just marketing talk
the more established options (jci, trafficguardian) at least have people on bhw vouching for them with real results
