[Journey] From $0 to… Hopefully Something – My OFM + AI Experiment

At a high level, I’d keep it simple and focus on fundamentals first:
Start with one account and one model, don’t try to scale too early. Most people fail because they go into “agency mode” without having a working system.

Focus on traffic + conversion:
• Pick 1–2 main traffic sources (IG + Reddit is enough to start)
• Post consistently every day (reels + posts)
• Learn what type of content actually brings profile clicks

Then messaging:
• Don’t overcomplicate it, natural conversations > scripted spam
• Focus on engagement first, then upsell
• Avoid copy-paste patterns across accounts

Also:
• Warm accounts properly (especially Reddit)
• Keep everything looking human
• Track what works and double down on it

Once you get one account stable and profitable, then you can think about scaling.
thanks for the guidance.. but reddit allow this kind of content? also how to find the model?

thanks for the guidance.. but reddit allow this kind of content? also how to find the model?
Yeah, but you have to approach Reddit carefully.
It’s not about posting explicit stuff everywhere, most subs have strict rules. The goal is more soft promotion + curiosity:
• Post SFW or borderline content depending on the subreddit rules
• Blend in with normal users (don’t look like an ad account)
• Warm the account properly before dropping links
• Use multiple subs instead of spamming one
If you go too aggressive or ignore rules, accounts get banned fast.

As for finding a model, there are a few ways:
• Reach out to small creators on IG/TikTok who already post similar content but aren’t monetizing well
• Look for girls doing low views but consistent posting (they’re usually open)
• Offer a simple rev share instead of upfront payment
• Or start with someone you already know (fastest way to learn)
Main thing is: don’t overcomplicate it,one decent model + consistent traffic is enough to get started.

Day 141 Update

Another stable day with gradual growth. Everything continues moving in the right direction without needing major changes.

Revenue
• Total: $712
• Subscriptions: $234
• PPV: $381
• Tips: $97

Subscribers
• New subs: 58
• Rebill rate: ~77%

Traffic Sources
• Instagram: ~65%
• Reddit: ~20%
• TikTok: ~10%
• Other: ~5%

Content Posted
• IG Reels: 4
• TikToks: 2
• Reddit posts: 10
• IG Stories: 11

Operations
Chatter handled most conversations smoothly again. Response time stayed low which keeps engagement high. I stepped in for VIPs and a few higher-value upsells.

Observations
One of the newer reels started gaining traction and crossed ~130k views within a day. Looks like the new hook variation is working.

Reddit continues to improve slowly, still not the biggest traffic source, but quality per user remains strong.

Story funnels are becoming more consistent in converting into higher spend users.

Next Focus
• Keep consistent posting across all platforms
• Double down on the new reel hook style
• Test new PPV bundle variations
• Continue warming and scaling Reddit accounts

Everything continues compounding step by step.

• Subscriptions: $241
• PPV: $395
• Tips: $99

Subscribers
• New subs: 60
• Rebill rate: ~77%

• IG Stories: 12

Operations
Chatter managed most conversations efficiently again. Response times stayed consistent. I stepped in mainly for VIP interactions and closing higher-value chats.

Observations
The newer reel pushed past ~180k views and is now contributing a steady stream of subs. The compounding effect from multiple performing posts is becoming more noticeable.

Reddit delivered fewer clicks today but higher average spend per user, which balanced out overall revenue.

Story replies continue to bring in higher LTV users compared to other entry points.

Next Focus
• Maintain posting consistency
• Continue testing new reel hooks
• Optimize PPV bundles further
• Slowly scale additional Reddit accounts

System keeps building momentum.

thank you so much for valuable guide

Day 143 Update

Strong day with a noticeable improvement in conversion quality. Not just more traffic, but better monetization per user.

Revenue
• Total: $789
• Subscriptions: $252
• PPV: $428
• Tips: $109

Subscribers
• New subs: 63
• Rebill rate: ~78%

• IG Stories: 12

Operations
Chatter handled most conversations again. I adjusted a few message flows today, mainly focusing on delaying the PPV push slightly and building more engagement first. I handled VIPs and higher-ticket upsells.

Observations
Tested a small change in messaging, instead of pushing PPV early, we extended the “warmup” phase by a few messages. Result was fewer instant sales, but higher overall spend per user.

Also started segmenting users more clearly:
• Fast buyers → direct PPV
• Engagers → longer conversation + bundle offers
• Lurkers → story + soft re-engagement

This helped make chats feel more natural and improved conversions.

On the traffic side, one reel crossed ~220k views and another is picking up quickly (~80k in <24h). Having multiple active posts is now the main driver of stability.

Reddit posts with more “story-style” captions (instead of direct promo) performed better and didn’t trigger any issues.

New Focus / Tests
• Refine user segmentation in chats
• Continue delaying PPV slightly for better LTV
• Test more “story-based” Reddit posts
• Experiment with softer CTAs on IG captions

System is not just growing now, it’s getting smarter.

Day 144 Update

Another strong day. Growth is becoming more consistent and controlled, with better performance across both traffic and monetization.

Revenue
• Total: $812
• Subscriptions: $261
• PPV: $438
• Tips: $113

Subscribers
• New subs: 65
• Rebill rate: ~78%

Traffic Sources

• IG Stories: 12

Operations
Chatter handled most conversations again with consistent response times. Continued using segmented messaging approach. I stepped in mainly for VIPs and closing higher-ticket bundles.

Observations
User segmentation is starting to show clear impact. Engagers are converting into higher spend users when given a bit more time before pushing PPV.

Tested softer CTAs across IG captions and stories — slightly lower click-through, but better quality traffic and higher conversion once inside.

Also started spacing out PPV drops more instead of stacking them too close. Result: less burnout and better response rates.

Reddit “story-style” posts continue to perform well and feel much safer long term.

New Focus / Tests
• Further refine chat segmentation flows
• Test staggered PPV timing across the day
• Continue soft-sell approach in content
• Scale Reddit posting with same style

Everything is becoming more optimized, not just bigger.

Day 145 Update

Clean day with steady growth. Not a huge jump, but everything is becoming more predictable and optimized.

Revenue
• Total: $836
• Subscriptions: $268
• PPV: $452
• Tips: $116

Subscribers
• New subs: 67
• Rebill rate: ~78%

Traffic Sources

• Reddit: ~22%
• TikTok: ~10%
• Other: ~5%

Content Posted
• IG Reels: 3
• TikToks: 3
• Reddit posts: 11
• IG Stories: 13

Operations
Chatter handled most conversations smoothly. Continued using segmented flows + delayed PPV approach. I stepped in for VIPs and a couple of high-ticket bundle pushes.

Observations
Spacing out PPV drops is working well, fewer users dropping off mid-conversation and better overall response rates.

Tested a “soft reactivation” for older subs (story replies + light messages instead of direct selling). Small volume, but high conversion when they engage.

Instagram still dominates volume, but Reddit is slowly increasing its share and bringing in more consistent spenders.

Content-wise, shorter reels (6–8s) seem to be getting pushed faster right now.

New Focus / Tests
• Expand soft reactivation flow for inactive users
• Test ultra-short reels vs longer formats
• Continue refining PPV timing strategy
• Gradually increase Reddit volume with same approach

System feels more stable and efficient with each day.

Day 146 Update

Strong and stable day. Clear signs that small optimizations are stacking and improving overall efficiency.

Revenue
• Total: $864
• Subscriptions: $276
• PPV: $468
• Tips: $120

Subscribers
• New subs: 69
• Rebill rate: ~79%

Traffic Sources
• Instagram: ~63%
• Reddit: ~22%
• TikTok: ~10%
• Other: ~5%

Content Posted
• IG Reels: 4
• TikToks: 2
• Reddit posts: 12
• IG Stories: 13

Operations
Chatter handled most conversations with consistent response times. Continued with segmented messaging + delayed PPV. I focused on VIP flows and higher-ticket bundle closes.

Observations
Soft reactivation flow is starting to work better, bringing back older subs with less resistance compared to direct selling.

Tested slight variation in PPV pricing (small increase for top spenders). Conversion rate held steady while total revenue per user increased.

Reels in the 6–8 second range are still getting the fastest traction, especially with stronger hooks in the first second.

Reddit volume increased slightly today and performance remained stable, which is a good sign for scaling.

New Focus / Tests
• Expand reactivation flow across more users
• Continue testing higher PPV pricing tiers
• Double down on short-form reels with strong hooks
• Carefully increase Reddit posting volume

System keeps getting more refined and predictable.

Welcome! Excited to see your journey stubbornness + AI sounds like a winning combo!
Thank you!!

Day 147 Update

Another strong day with smooth scaling. Everything is becoming more predictable while still pushing upward.

Revenue
• Total: $892
• Subscriptions: $284
• PPV: $483
• Tips: $125

Subscribers
• New subs: 71
• Rebill rate: ~79%

Traffic Sources
• Instagram: ~62%
• Reddit: ~23%
• TikTok: ~10%
• Other: ~5%

Content Posted
• IG Reels: 4
• TikToks: 3
• Reddit posts: 12
• IG Stories: 14

Operations
Chatter handled most conversations consistently. Segmented messaging + delayed PPV continues to perform well. I focused on VIP upsells and testing a few higher-ticket bundle variations.

Observations
Reactivation flow brought in a noticeable boost today — older subs are responding better to softer re-entry instead of direct selling.

Tested “stacked value” bundles (multiple items positioned as a deal rather than single PPV). Lower initial resistance and better total spend per user.

Instagram still drives volume, but Reddit is now contributing more consistently both in traffic and revenue share.

Short-form reels with strong first-second hooks continue to outperform everything else.

New Focus / Tests
• Expand bundle strategy across more segments
• Continue scaling reactivation flows
• Test even faster hooks in first 1–2 seconds
• Increase Reddit volume carefully while maintaining account safety

System is scaling while staying controlled.

Day 148 Update

Another very interesting day. Revenue kept climbing, but more importantly, a few deeper insights that changed how I’m approaching both traffic and monetization.

Revenue
• Total: $968
• Subscriptions: $295
• PPV: $536
• Tips: $137

Subscribers
• New subs: 75
• Rebill rate: ~80%

Traffic Sources
• Instagram: ~61%
• Reddit: ~24%
• TikTok: ~10%
• Other: ~5%

Content Posted
• IG Reels: 4
• TikToks: 2
• Reddit posts: 13
• IG Stories: 14

Operations
Chatter handled most conversations. Continued focusing on top spenders while slightly deprioritizing low-intent users. I stepped in more actively for high-value chats.

Observations (Important)

Another big realization:
Not all traffic is equal, and more traffic doesn’t always mean more money.

Some lower-volume sources (especially certain Reddit posts) brought in fewer users, but those users spent significantly more than average.

Also noticed:
Users who don’t buy within the first interaction are not “lost”, they just need a different path.

Started treating them differently:
• Less direct selling
• More story + curiosity
• Occasional re-entry instead of constant pushing

Result: delayed conversions started coming in from users who previously would’ve been ignored.

Another unexpected insight:
Over-engaging can reduce perceived value.
When every message is instant and constant, some users lose urgency. Slight gaps + pacing made interactions feel more “real” and increased spend.

On the content side:
One strong reel > multiple average ones.
A single reel crossed ~280k and outperformed 3–4 newer posts combined.

New Focus / Tests
• Prioritize high-quality traffic over volume
• Build separate flows for “delayed buyers”
• Control pacing in conversations more intentionally
• Focus on fewer, higher-quality content pieces

The shift now is clear, it’s less about doing more, and more about doing the right things better.

Day 149 Update

Big day. Not just in revenue, but in understanding what actually moves the needle at this stage.

Revenue
• Total: $1,024
• Subscriptions: $301
• PPV: $583
• Tips: $140

Subscribers
• New subs: 78
• Rebill rate: ~81%

Traffic Sources
• Instagram: ~60%
• Reddit: ~25%
• TikTok: ~10%
• Other: ~5%

Content Posted
• IG Reels: 3
• TikToks: 3
• Reddit posts: 13
• IG Stories: 15

Operations
Chatter handled most conversations. I focused heavily on high spenders and tested more aggressive monetization with that segment only.

Observations (Important)

Most important realization so far:
You don’t scale by getting more users — you scale by extracting more value from the right users.

Today proved that clearly.

I pushed higher-priced bundles ($50–$100 range) but only to identified spenders.
Result:
• Lower volume of sales
• Much higher total revenue

Another insight:
“Almost buyers” are the most valuable segment if handled correctly.
These are users who engage, ask questions, but don’t buy immediately.

Instead of pushing harder, we:
• Pulled back slightly
• Added curiosity gaps
• Reintroduced offers later

A lot of them converted on the second or third touch.

Also noticed something counterintuitive:
Removing options increased conversions.
Too many PPV choices caused hesitation. Simpler offers performed better.

On the content side:
Consistency matters more than virality now.
No single viral post today, but stacked traffic from multiple posts kept everything stable.

New Focus / Tests
• Double down on high-ticket offers for proven spenders
• Build structured follow-ups for “almost buyers”
• Simplify PPV offer structure
• Maintain consistent content instead of chasing virality

This is the first day it really felt like the system is shifting from growth → optimization.

Day 150 Update

Milestone day. Crossing into a new range, but more importantly, a few insights that completely shift how I’m thinking about scaling from here.

Revenue
• Total: $1,087
• Subscriptions: $309
• PPV: $631
• Tips: $147

Subscribers
• New subs: 81
• Rebill rate: ~81%

Traffic Sources
• Instagram: ~59%
• Reddit: ~26%
• TikTok: ~10%
• Other: ~5%

Content Posted
• IG Reels: 4
• TikToks: 2
• Reddit posts: 14
• IG Stories: 15

Operations
Chatter handled most of the volume. I focused almost entirely on high-value conversations and testing new monetization approaches on proven spenders.

Observations (Important)

Biggest realization so far:
Time is the real bottleneck, not traffic.

There’s more than enough inbound, but where attention goes = where money comes from.
Shifting more time toward top 10–20% users had a direct impact on revenue today.

Another key insight:
High spenders don’t want “content”, they want interaction.
When conversations felt more personal (even slightly), conversion on higher-ticket offers increased significantly.

Also discovered:
Pushing harder ≠ earning more.
With top users, a softer, more spaced approach outperformed aggressive selling.

Tested increasing top-tier bundle pricing again,
no drop in conversions, but higher average spend per buyer.

On the flip side:
Low-intent users are a time trap.
Engaging too much with them reduced overall efficiency without meaningful return.

New Focus / Tests
• Prioritize time allocation toward top spenders
• Build more “personalized” chat flows for VIPs
• Increase pricing gradually for high-value users
• Reduce time spent on low-intent conversations

The shift is clear now,
It’s no longer about growing the system… it’s about controlling it efficiently.

Day 151 Update

Another strong day. Not a massive jump, but everything is becoming sharper and more controlled.

Revenue
• Total: $1,126
• Subscriptions: $318
• PPV: $658
• Tips: $150

Subscribers
• New subs: 83
• Rebill rate: ~82%

Traffic Sources
• Instagram: ~58%
• Reddit: ~27%
• TikTok: ~10%
• Other: ~5%

Content Posted
• IG Reels: 3
• TikToks: 3
• Reddit posts: 14
• IG Stories: 16

Operations
Chatter handled most conversations. I focused heavily on VIP flows and started testing stricter filtering of where time is spent.

Observations (Important)

Key realization today:
Attention allocation is more important than conversation volume.

We slightly reduced total replies, but focused more on:
• Active spenders
• “Almost buyers”
• Re-engaged users

Result: higher revenue with less overall effort.

Another insight:
Momentum inside a conversation matters more than the opener.
Users who stay engaged for 5–10 messages are significantly more likely to spend, regardless of how the conversation started.

So instead of optimizing just openers, we:
• Focused on keeping the flow going
• Added small “hooks” inside conversations
• Avoided early monetization

Also noticed:
Reactivation + timing = easy wins.
Users who didn’t buy yesterday converted today with a simple follow-up at the right time.

And one more:
Perceived availability increases value.
Not replying instantly to everyone made interactions feel less automated and increased response quality.

New Focus / Tests
• Optimize mid-conversation engagement (not just openers)
• Build structured follow-up timing for “almost buyers”
• Continue filtering low-intent users earlier
• Experiment with controlled response delays

System is becoming less about volume… and more about precision.

Day 152 Update

Another strong and very controlled day. Revenue keeps climbing, but the bigger shift is how predictable everything is becoming.

Revenue
• Total: $1,168
• Subscriptions: $326
• PPV: $689
• Tips: $153

Subscribers
• New subs: 85
• Rebill rate: ~82%

Traffic Sources
• Instagram: ~58%
• Reddit: ~27%
• TikTok: ~10%
• Other: ~5%

Content Posted
• IG Reels: 4
• TikToks: 2
• Reddit posts: 15
• IG Stories: 16

Operations
Chatter handled most of the flow. I focused almost entirely on high-value chats and refining follow-up sequences for “almost buyers”.

Observations (Important)

Big realization today:
The money is in the follow-ups, not the first interaction.

A large portion of today’s revenue came from:
• Users who didn’t buy yesterday
• Users who hesitated earlier
• Users re-engaged after going cold

Simple, well-timed follow-ups outperformed fresh traffic conversions.

Another insight:
Context > script.
Messages that referenced previous conversation points converted significantly better than any “optimized” generic lines.

Also noticed:
Micro-commitments increase spending.
Getting users to say small “yes” (replying, reacting, answering questions) before selling led to higher PPV conversions.

And something interesting:
Peak hours are overrated.
Some of the best conversions today came from off-peak times where competition for attention is lower.

New Focus / Tests
• Build structured follow-up system (Day 1 / Day 2 / Day 3)
• Increase use of context-based replies
• Focus on micro-commitments before selling
• Test more off-peak engagement windows

The system is evolving from reactive → intentional.

Day 153 Update

Very strong day. Revenue keeps climbing, but more importantly, the system is starting to feel almost “engineered” rather than managed.

Revenue
• Total: $1,214
• Subscriptions: $334
• PPV: $721
• Tips: $159

Subscribers
• New subs: 88
• Rebill rate: ~83%

Traffic Sources
• Instagram: ~57%
• Reddit: ~28%
• TikTok: ~10%
• Other: ~5%

Content Posted
• IG Reels: 3
• TikToks: 3
• Reddit posts: 15
• IG Stories: 17

Operations
Chatter handled most interactions. I focused on refining follow-up timing and testing more controlled conversation pacing across different user segments.

Observations (Important)

Big shift today:
Predictability is replacing randomness.

Certain patterns are becoming clear:
• If a user engages past X messages → high chance to convert
• If a user returns after 24–48h → strong buying intent
• If a user responds to reactivation → higher spend potential

Another key insight:
Emotion drives purchases more than logic.
Messages that created curiosity, tension, or playfulness outperformed direct offers.

Also discovered:
Ending conversations early can increase conversions.
Instead of dragging chats, cutting them at the right moment created anticipation → users came back more engaged.

On the monetization side:
Layering offers works better than single pushes.
Instead of one PPV, stacking:
• Light teaser
• Mid-tier offer
• Premium bundle
…in sequence increased total spend per user.

New Focus / Tests
• Map out conversation “trigger points” more clearly
• Use emotional hooks inside chats more intentionally
• Test controlled conversation endings
• Expand layered offer structure

At this point, it’s less guessing, more pattern recognition.

Day 154 Update

Another strong day. Numbers are going up, but more importantly, control over the system is getting tighter.

Revenue
• Total: $1,263
• Subscriptions: $342
• PPV: $754
• Tips: $167

Subscribers
• New subs: 91
• Rebill rate: ~83%

Traffic Sources
• Instagram: ~56%
• Reddit: ~29%
• TikTok: ~10%
• Other: ~5%

Content Posted
• IG Reels: 4
• TikToks: 2
• Reddit posts: 16
• IG Stories: 17

Operations
Chatter handled most conversations. I focused on timing, especially when to not respond, and refining layered offers for different segments.

Observations (Important)

Big realization today:
Silence is a tool.

Intentionally delaying responses (not ignoring, just spacing) created:
• More double messages from users
• Higher engagement
• Better conversion rates

Another insight:
Users value what feels limited.
Introducing light scarcity (“only doing a few customs”, “busy right now”) increased urgency without being pushy.

Also noticed:
Conversation energy matters.
If the chat feels too linear or predictable, conversions drop. Slight unpredictability (tone shifts, pauses, curiosity) keeps users engaged longer.

On the monetization side:
Mid-tier offers are underutilized.
Not everyone jumps to high-ticket, but a well-positioned mid-tier offer bridges the gap and increases total spend.

Traffic-wise:
Reddit is now becoming a serious contributor, still behind IG in volume, but catching up in revenue share.

New Focus / Tests
• Use response timing more strategically
• Introduce soft scarcity in chats
• Expand mid-tier offer structures
• Continue scaling Reddit with same approach

The system is no longer just optimized , it’s being controlled on multiple levels.

Day 155 Update

Another high-quality day. Growth continues, but the bigger shift is how leverage is increasing without adding more workload.

Revenue
• Total: $1,312
• Subscriptions: $351
• PPV: $786
• Tips: $175

Subscribers
• New subs: 94
• Rebill rate: ~84%

Traffic Sources
• Instagram: ~55%
• Reddit: ~30%
• TikTok: ~10%
• Other: ~5%

Content Posted
• IG Reels: 3
• TikToks: 3
• Reddit posts: 16
• IG Stories: 18

Operations
Chatter handled most of the volume. I focused mainly on high-value conversations and refining how offers are presented across different user types.

Observations (Important)

Biggest realization today:
Positioning > pricing.

Same content, different framing = completely different results.
When offers were positioned as:
• “Exclusive”
• “Limited”
• “Something I don’t usually send”

Conversions increased without changing the actual product.

Another insight:
Users don’t buy content, they buy progression.
When offers felt like a “next step” instead of a random drop, spending increased.

Also noticed:
Too much availability reduces authority.
Pulling back slightly, not always being instantly available, made interactions feel more valuable and less transactional.

On the traffic side:
Reddit is now driving a disproportionate share of revenue vs traffic.
Fewer users than IG, but significantly higher spend per user.

And one more:
Top spenders respond better to simplicity.
Clear, direct offers outperform complex bundles at higher levels.

New Focus / Tests
• Improve offer positioning across all segments
• Build clearer “progression paths” for users
• Continue controlled availability in chats
• Lean further into Reddit for high-quality traffic

System is shifting from effort → leverage.
