[Journey] From $0 to… Hopefully Something – My OFM + AI Experiment

Day 134 Update

Another solid day, not explosive, but the baseline continues to climb slowly which is the main goal.

Revenue
• Total: $528
• Subscriptions: $178
• PPV: $271
• Tips: $79

Subscribers
• New subs: 41
• Rebill rate: ~73%

Traffic Sources
• Instagram: ~65%
• Reddit: ~20%
• TikTok: ~10%
• Other: ~5%

Content Posted
• IG Reels: 4
• TikToks: 3
• Reddit posts: 8
• IG Stories: 9

Operations
Chatter handled most of the DMs again which kept response times fast and consistent. I stepped in for a few VIP conversations and one higher-ticket custom.

Observations
A reel from a few days ago crossed ~120k views and brought a steady flow of new profile visits throughout the day. At this point, older content is doing as much work as new posts.

Story replies continue to be one of the highest quality entry points, slower conversions, but higher spend per user.

Next Focus
• Keep consistent posting cadence
• Test a new reel hook variation
• Slightly increase PPV pricing for VIP segment
• Continue warming additional Reddit accounts slowly

System keeps compounding.

Ok thanks! Would you say this is too much?

The only place you’ll see me fully naked and get a reply from me

I’m Lana, just a 22yo college girl with a serious thing for older men ‍♀️

What you’ll find here:

• full nudity & lingerie

• explicit content - masturbation, real orgasms

• genuine connection - I love men with experience and stories to tell

I personally respond to all DMs! No bots or agencies
It’s a bit too much for a bio, yeah, especially upfront.
The main issue isn’t the content, it’s that you’re revealing everything too early. There’s no curiosity left, and it can also hurt conversion because it feels “salesy”.
I’d tighten it to something like:
  1. keep the persona
  2. hint at exclusivity
  3. remove the full list
Example direction:
“I’m Lana, 22yo college girl with a soft spot for older men… I show a lot more on my private page I reply to everyone there”

Shorter = better.
Let the details (nudity, explicit, etc.) come out in chat/PPV instead of listing everything in the bio.

great thank you so much!

I'm reading this with interest. Listen, how do you split the money when you're in different countries? The model receives her earnings into her OnlyFans account and transfers them to her bank account or card in her home country. After the transfer, she'll have to pay taxes, and only then can she send you your 30%. How is this issue resolved? So that you can be included in her expenses. I’m a total newbie at this. Thanks in advance.

would you say that also applies to a faceless model?
Yes, sure

In practice, most people don’t overcomplicate it early on. The usual setup is:
  • Model receives full payout from OF
  • She sends your % before taxes (based on gross earnings)
  • You both declare your own income separately in your own countries
From an accounting point of view, your cut is treated as a business expense/service fee on her side (management/marketing), so she’s not paying tax on 100% if she does it properly.

To make it cleaner:
  • Keep a simple agreement (even basic written terms is enough early)
  • Track revenue + payouts clearly (spreadsheets are fine)
  • Use bank/crypto/transfer method that’s easy to document
Once money gets bigger, people usually move to:
  • invoicing through a company
  • or setting up a proper agency structure
But at the start, keep it simple and transparent. If you’re both in EU, it’s worth eventually checking with an accountant so it’s structured correctly for taxes.

Day 135 Update

Another strong and steady day. The system keeps compounding without needing any major changes.

• Tips: $80

Subscribers
• New subs: 43

Operations
Chatter handled the majority of conversations again today. Response times stayed low which keeps engagement high. I stepped in mainly for VIPs and one higher-ticket custom.

Observations
One reel crossed ~150k views today and drove a strong wave of profile visits and subs. Older content continues to carry a big part of daily traffic.

Story replies remain one of the best-performing entry points, slower to convert, but higher overall spend per user.

Next Focus
• Maintain posting consistency
• Test new hook variations for reels
• Slightly push higher PPV pricing for VIPs
• Continue warming additional Reddit accounts

System keeps getting stronger day by day.

Day 136 Update

Another clean and controlled day. No major spikes, but everything continues trending in the right direction.

Revenue
• Total: $578
• Subscriptions: $191
• PPV: $304
• Tips: $83

Subscribers
• New subs: 45
• Rebill rate: ~74%

Traffic Sources

Operations
Chatter handled most conversations smoothly again. Response time stayed under ~5 minutes. I stepped in for VIPs and a couple higher-value interactions.

Observations
A reel from earlier this week crossed ~180k views and brought a consistent flow of new subs throughout the day. The compounding effect from older content is now very noticeable.

Reddit delivered fewer subs today but higher average spend per user, which balanced things out.

Next Focus
• Keep posting cadence consistent
• Test a new reel intro style
• Continue optimizing story funnels
• Warm 1–2 more Reddit accounts slowly

Steady growth, no rush — system keeps building.

Day 137 Update

Another steady day. No crazy spikes, but the baseline continues to move up which is what matters most.

Revenue
• Total: $602
• Subscriptions: $198
• PPV: $318
• Tips: $86

Subscribers

Operations
Chatter covered most of the DMs again. Response time stayed consistent which helps keep momentum in conversations. I handled VIP chats and one custom request that converted well.

Observations
One older reel is now past ~200k views and still bringing in daily traffic. At this point, content from 3–5 days ago is carrying a big part of conversions.

Reddit traffic was slightly higher quality today, fewer clicks, but better spend per user.

Next Focus
• Maintain daily posting volume
• Test slightly longer reel formats
• Push PPV bundles for mid-tier users
• Continue scaling Reddit accounts gradually

Compounding effect is getting stronger.

Just finished reading through your daily updates, amazing work on everything you've built over the past 137 days!

Just finished reading through your daily updates, amazing work on everything you've built over the past 137 days!
Appreciate it
It’s been a lot of small, consistent steps rather than anything crazy. Just focused on posting daily, improving the system bit by bit, and letting everything compound over time.
Still a lot to optimize, but we’re moving in the right direction.

Day 138 Update

A stronger day overall with a noticeable step up in both revenue and subscriber flow. Feels like the system is starting to hit a new level of stability.

Revenue
• Total: $684
• Subscriptions: $228
• PPV: $361
• Tips: $95

Subscribers
• New subs: 56
• Rebill rate: ~76%

Traffic Sources

Content Posted
• IG Reels: 4
• TikToks: 3
• Reddit posts: 10
• IG Stories: 12

Operations
Chatter handled the majority of conversations again and kept response times tight. I focused mainly on VIP chats and upselling active spenders. One bundle offer performed particularly well today.

Observations
One reel crossed ~300k views and became the main driver of traffic and conversions. At this point, a big portion of daily results is coming from content posted earlier in the week.

Story funnels are getting stronger, fewer entries than reels, but much higher spend per user once they convert.

Reddit accounts are slowly gaining traction. Still keeping everything warmed and natural, but seeing better engagement compared to last week.

Next Focus
• Keep pushing consistent posting volume
• Replicate the high-performing reel format
• Expand PPV bundle strategy
• Continue scaling Reddit accounts carefully

Clear signs of compounding kicking in harder now.

the "part sales, part psychology, part chaos" thing is real and its what got me wrecked my first run at this. i was running 3 accounts simultaneously thinking volume would cover for weak messaging, ended up with all 3 flagged within 6 weeks because the ai-generated openers i was using read identical across profiles, platforms can detect that pattern faster than you'd think. dropped from ~$2,100/month back to zero basically overnight, had to rebuild one account from scratch with manually written intros before anything stuck again

Yeah that’s a painful but very real lesson.
A lot of people underestimate how sensitive platforms are to pattern repetition, especially with messaging. Once multiple accounts start pushing near-identical openers, it’s only a matter of time before they get linked.
I went through something similar early on, so now everything is slightly varied, hooks, pacing, even small wording changes. Doesn’t need to be 100% unique, just enough to break patterns.
Also agree on volume, scaling broken messaging just accelerates the crash. Better to lock in what converts + stays safe, then expand slowly.
Rebuilding from zero after getting wiped definitely forces you to do things properly the second time.

Day 139 Update

Another solid day with a steady push upward. No big spikes, just clean growth across all areas.

Revenue
• Total: $647
• Subscriptions: $214
• PPV: $342
• Tips: $91

Subscribers
• New subs: 52
• Rebill rate: ~76%

Traffic Sources

Operations
Chatter handled most conversations again with fast response times. I stepped in mainly for VIPs and closing higher-ticket chats.

Observations
One reel crossed ~250k views and is currently the main traffic driver. Conversions from that traffic stayed strong throughout the day.

TikTok remains inconsistent, but when a video hits, it still brings in a decent spike of new subs.

Overall, older content continues to carry a large part of daily results.

Next Focus
• Maintain consistency across all platforms
• Test new reel hook variations
• Push higher PPV pricing for top spenders
• Keep scaling Reddit accounts gradually

Everything continues compounding.

Thats Great Result.
Can you please guide how to start it from scratch?

Thats Great Result.
Can you please guide how to start it from scratch?
At a high level, I’d keep it simple and focus on fundamentals first:
Start with one account and one model, don’t try to scale too early. Most people fail because they go into “agency mode” without having a working system.

Focus on traffic + conversion:
• Pick 1–2 main traffic sources (IG + Reddit is enough to start)
• Post consistently every day (reels + posts)
• Learn what type of content actually brings profile clicks

Then messaging:
• Don’t overcomplicate it, natural conversations > scripted spam
• Focus on engagement first, then upsell
• Avoid copy-paste patterns across accounts

Also:
• Warm accounts properly (especially Reddit)
• Keep everything looking human
• Track what works and double down on it

Once you get one account stable and profitable, then you can think about scaling.

Day 140 Update

Observations
Traffic stayed stable across all sources. Instagram continues to carry the majority, but Reddit is slowly improving in both engagement and spend quality.

Older reels are still driving a significant portion of daily subs. New content is stacking on top rather than replacing it.

Story replies continue to bring in higher-value users compared to other entry points.

Next Focus
• Maintain consistent posting volume
• Test new reel hooks and formats
• Increase PPV pricing slightly for top spenders
• Continue scaling Reddit accounts carefully

System keeps compounding steadily.

I've been watching this for a while. You are crushing it!
