Tera did an excellent job. Not only did she complete the project on time, she WAY over delivered by over 150%. The report itself is easy to read and all the user names are different so as to not leave a footprint, nice!

I just received the completed report today, so I can't say there are any ranking improvements as of yet, but I am very satisfied and will order again in the future.
