How good it is to have tier-1 traffic. My site has more than 200,000 unique users, but the CPM is lower. Another thing don’t you think your server costs are too high? Have you considered using Cloudflare R2 instead of Bunny?

How much is your monthly budget for backlinks?
Not spending anything on backlinks.

Yup our GEOs are strong, except India.
I really like Bunny and i've used them for years with no issue.

Nah server costs are fine our profit margain is like 80% something.

Really interesting journey and I'm happy that it's turning super fruitful for you, I wanted to ask, I have been getting around 40-50 DMCAs on my domain and got most my links deindexed for some reason on GSC, whenever I re run validation it fails, how do you manage real DMCA? is it affecting your traffic?

No but really, it sucks but its part of the game.

Thank you for the quick reply, I hope the DMCAs never get to you, and I wish you more success and prosperity in your journey!
Thank you so much my brother!

Question: How do you get paid? :-)
I assume you get paid via Crypto but what next? With that amount of money how do you convert the crypto to bank account without tax or bank problems?

What is doing the heavy lifting to "stream" the videos, is it the CDN or video storage server? Or both? Your sites videos are very smooth, I was under the impression that HDD streaming is terrible, is it not?

I also dont get it. I thought one uses Bunny to store AND stream the videos? You tell me you can store the videos on a seperate dedicated server and use bunny only for streaming, like a reverse proxy? I dont quite get where the benefit of that is? Is Bunny caching the videos? Hat would happen if you skip Bunny and stream directly from your storage server?

Question: How do you get paid? :-)
I assume you get paid via Crypto but what next? With that amount of money how do you convert the crypto to bank account without tax or bank problems?
Huh? This is a legit business and i pay A LOT in tax. I just cash out and do my taxes just like any other business.

HDD streaming with CDN is NOT terrible. Everyday we havee 500k+ video plays and it's very smooth. We do have strong origin servers and now 3 gbit/second even though we max out at like 1,6 haha.

Bunny does not STORE any of our content. We simply use their CDN for better speed. We can ofcourse skip them but then videos would be slower and i rather pay extra for a smooth user experience. Especially in our position where we are building up a brand/community and have STRONG user retention.

I think I might have misunderstood the business model. I was under the impression that you essentially 'scrape' or 'steal' content from other sites and torrents to publish on your own platform—which seems to be how most tube sites operate. Isn't that the reason for all the DMCA takedown notices?

In my country, that is far from legal. You might fly under the radar at first, but as soon as the site gains any real traction, you’d be in massive legal trouble for large-scale copyright infringement. We are talking about house searches, being charged with forming a criminal organization, massive lawsuits for damages, and likely even money laundering charges. In Europe, people receive long prison sentences for these kinds of operations.

Playmak3r probably lives in a country where tax officials don’t ask about your sources of income. or he show legitimate sites instead of those tube sites, and the tax officials don’t ask for details.

Yeah must be the case. I should probably leave western europe too :-)

$5k upfront and a full year runway before expecting ROI — that's the right mindset. Most people tap out at month 3 when it hasn't paid back yet.

T1 only is a smart call, the RPM difference is night and day compared to chasing raw volume with global traffic.

Following to see how it develops.

That's the mindset and as you can see it's for sure paying off now! Most people are so afraid to spend or give up too early.

Update

Content Creator Program

We are developing our in-house content creator program that will give a % of the ad-revenue to verified content creators. This is gonna work similar to PH's program. I'm gonna share more information about this when it's ready to go.

Why are we doing this? It's very simple, i'd rather outsource our workflow to real creators and pay them a decent % than sit here for hours everyday and do it myself. This allows me to invest more time and effort on new sites and projects.

Web Development

We have a team who's working hard on new site features and server improvements. I'm not that tech-savvy so this is not my cup of tea but here's what we have done so far.
  1. Fixed high latency when processing new videos.
  2. Re-worked our model ranking algorithm (spelling error?) so it can't be manipulated.
  3. Fixed a bunch of dead code and JS (JavaScript) errors.
  4. Auto pull model information such as age, bio, eye color and blablabla. (Big time saver)
  5. Because of high user uploads we now prioritize new videos in the processing queue and then push out the higher quality ones so we first push out the 480P and then do 720 and 1080P when there is free spots in queue. (Hard to explain but it works great lol)
  6. Site improvements and bug fixing on site 2 and site 3.
  7. Content Creator Program (Coming Soon)
  8. Implemented and added AdSpyGlass on ALL CPM ads (See below for more information)
AdSpyGlass

I recently implemented adspyglass on all my sites and now i feel very stupid for not using their service before. And no this is NOT advertisement for their service. If i start using a service and tell you guys about it. It's because they are freaking awesome and help my business, i'm not affiliated in any way with them.

So with ASG (AdSpyGlass) i pretty much give them all my ad-codes from ad-networks (Exoclick,Clickadu,Trafficstars,Hilltopads ETC) and they show the top performing ad in real-time. So now it could be ads from Exoclick and in 5 minutes maybe Clickadu pays better and then they show their ads. That is the concept of ASG and it's 100% worth it if you have sites with traffic.

They also connect direct advertisers with your site and so far i have 2 direct deals on VAST ads that pay +XX% than what my ad-network ads did.

Growth

Across all my sites there's been some OK-ish growth since my last update, nothing significant but we are still moving in the right direction.

My focus

Okay so now we have 3 sites that we are pumping out videos and we are building a decent community and our users trust our sites and and i want to try something new so i've launched a whitelabel camsite with same branding as our tube sites. So far it's been active less than a month so i have nothing to report but we are getting GOOD traffic and signups.

My next focus is on launching a community forum for our brand which is expected to launch in early-stages sometime in May and i will give more info about it later.

Site is now getting over 1 million unique users per month.
So a brand new domain and after 6 months you had 33 000 organic clicks a day? That's impressive. I have a brand new domain and I'm getting 100-150 clicks a day after 4 months

If you want to grow bigger check out:

I am not affiliated with them, I just used their services when I was working in adult industry.

If website & ads optimization is overall good. You can get good ROI.
