Alright, affiliate veterans — need some input.
For those who’ve built or managed your own affiliate programs:
where did you actually recruit solid affiliates who could drive traffic that converts?

We’re running a gambling-adjacent Telegram project — not classic casino stuff, more like a unique model with its own twist.

Looking for smart ways (and platforms) to get quality affiliates onboard — not the typical “CPA forum spam,” but real scalable methods.

Any insights from experience are appreciated.

Starting up a sales thread on your interest is one
Messaging across several forums
Mailing site owners according to your specific niche

In my experience, many good affiliates come from niche communities where people already have traffic. Forums, Telegram communities, and content creators (SEO sites, YouTube, tipster channels) can work well. Sometimes direct outreach to site owners or channel admins brings better results than posting in affiliate forums.

Finding people to help with promotion isn't difficult.

From an affiliate network perspective, if you have a good offer, you can submit your new product to the network, and then the network manager will contact you to list your offer.

Once the affiliate network lists your offer, the affiliate manager will help you find suitable channels to promote your product; this shouldn't be too difficult.

Definitely need to give good support and materials to affiliates to support them.

Along with rewards to make their time worthwhile

try reaching out on niche Telegram groups, Reddit, or affiliate networks like PeerFly and ClickBank. You can also use LinkedIn and Twitter to connect with experienced affiliates who might be interested in unique offers.

“Submit your product to the network”

What do you mean by network?

Many affiliate networks allow advertisers to submit their products.

This is because they need more offers to media buyers to run ads.

You can find the corresponding submission portal within the affiliate network you use.
