I'm having trouble with fake DMCA complaints! I do affiliate marketing for gambling sites. People using phishing attacks and DMCA complaint bots are deleting the index of my domains within 4-10 hours! If anyone knows a solution or how to avoid receiving DMCAs altogether, please explain!

File counter-notices immediately and document everything. Long term, use aged domains with clean history and avoid exact match domains that are easy targets. Some people proxy their content through Cloudflare workers to make it harder to fingerprint.

It’s clearly the work of a competitor.
They are submitting mass fake DMCA complaints on a daily basis.
One of my websites was completely deindexed because of this.
You should submit a counter-notice so the URL can be reinstated.
However, the process usually takes around 2–4 weeks.
Don’t waste your money on so-called “protection” services.
They won’t actually protect you from anything.
In some cases, they may even be connected to the fake DMCA activity itself.
It’s basically a win-win situation for them.
It’s clearly the work of a competitor.

It is laughingly easy to get host data via Cloudflare that can then be used for DMCA reports. Do not rely on them at all for anything that is even remotely DMCA-able.
OP as the other poster has said, file your counter notice. Should Google take your side unfortunately you're looking at several weeks before your urls get back in the index, and even then they always seem somewhat suppressed.

You can't fully avoid DMCA but you can reduce impact by hosting with providers that handle abuse better and setting up fast reindexing plus backup domains

Fake DMCA is common in this niche. You can’t fully avoid it, but using stronger hosting, diversifying domains, and submitting counter notices quickly can help reduce impact.

If all that content is original, what you need to do is to submit a counter-notice directly to Google through the Search Console. You must specifically identify all that content and also clearly state it is all non-infringing. This can get those URLs restored within 14 days. Why not move to DMCA-ignored hosting providers, so that those saboteurs do not keep attacking.

You need a better hosting that ignores DMCA and keep your homepage clean like piracy sites. So, the competitors can't take down entire site at once. You can also build multiple sites to exhaust your competitors.

What does the host have to do with google de indexing a page? I am getting these by the 100K and am fighting main pages being de indexed as well but its not the host its the index removal.
