Where to find quality chatters for a good paying OFM job

I'm running into a few problems trying to recruit people for a very big and very good paying agency. You'd think these two things alone would attract quality people, but I'm having trouble even getting in front of anyone's eyes.

Reddit's job boards return 95% Filipino and African chatters which just don't have the language finesse we're looking for. This is a top 5 global agency and I'm in search for the best of the best - people with such commitment that they push the ~$200k models they're assigned into ~500k territory and reap massive rewards for it. It can be done, and we offer detailed and unique in-house training to get people there, but it still requires a dog mentality that most of them don't have.

What they do have though, that's missing in most discord communities, is familiarity with the job. At least they understand the numbers are realistic because they've seen how much some of these models pull in. For context - these are top models doing $200k/mo on average, and the payment structure is such that you start at 5%, meaning at current momentum you're getting $3k per month. But the ceiling is so astronomically high that there is real potential to push that (both total sales and your cut) into $10-15k/mo if they're the right person for the job. Everyone aside from experienced chatters is suspicious of these numbers and I immediately get labeled as a scammer.

But I'm not necessarily looking for experienced chatters. I'm trying out random gaming communities rather than specifically OF related servers because I'm prioritizing good English skills (US, Canada, Europe, Australia) with good knowledge of computer related things (gaming, coding etc.). This is a potentially lifechanging opportunity that I'm having trouble putting in front of the right eyes. What can I change about my approach and what kind of Discord advertising could be better suited for this type of recruitment?

What chatters do you need male or female? One good idea that just came up would be to join English speaking/tutoring forums and ask people from there if they are open to do this kind of job.

Maybe, but I think the adult industry in general illicits suspicion in people, even though you see headlines like "x celebrity pulls in 10 million on her first nanosecond of opening an onlyfans" on the daily. I've tried many job boards as well and they usually don't approve my listing. There are probably niche places where people seek out adult jobs specifically, but I'm more interested in people who don't even know they'd be good at this. Disciplined, tech-savvy people with a good understanding of the human psyche.

When hiring in African countries, make it a point to hire from countries where english is the medium of exchange, EG South Africa, Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe. You will not have any issues with those countries.

i’d stop leading with huge numbers and instead sell the process: paid test shift, clear kpis, and a simple screening task (english roleplay + objection handling + speed). recruit where good communicators already hang out (customer support, sales, copywriting/creative writing communities) and let the test filter talent better than geography.

Try FB expat groups. I know a good number of Europeans living in SE Asia and willing to write the nastiest messages for $3-4/hour. $3-4/h for non-English but German/French chats, so English will cost even less.

could be a good strategy, though in our experience so far it's semi-schizo chronically online gamers who are willing to no-life the shit out of the job that adapt the best to the position, as long as they're the ones who found us and not the other way around. cold messaging so far has yielded next to no results.

that's actually quite an interesting suggestion that never crossed my mind, the main issue would be getting around moderation. i submitted posts to a few groups but all of them have "no advertising" in the rules and require mod approval for each post. i'm sure this could be a goldmine audience if i can actually reach it

yup i've already started omitting the big figures and sticking with just 3k starting (though even the 3k needs to be earned since the job is commission based)

You are not advertising. But you get an idea of all the lost and poor souls willing to do just anything for a few bucks. No ethical doubts, it was their choice to leave Europe and to live under palm trees whatever it takes. Make a decent post and these guys will react for sure.

I used to handle chatting myself but it eventually got exhausting. What worked for me was bringing in a few family members and training them personally. After some time they picked it up really well and the results have been pretty good. It also helps avoid scams since you’re working with people you already trust.

Building on the idea of targeting expat groups, I found that creating a personal profile and engaging with the community for a few weeks before posting about the job opportunity can help bypass moderation issues. On one of my previous campaigns, I posted in 5 expat groups with a total of 50,000 members and received 27 applications within 3 days, with 5 of them being a good fit for the role. The key is to be transparent about the job details and compensation, and to use a more casual tone that resonates with the community, rather than a formal job posting tone.
