Total cost so far: Around $5000-ish for web development + server/cdn costs.
Goal
Obviously to make as much as possible. I'm ready to go - for the first year and hopefully start recouping my costs in the second year.
My Plan

I'm also targeting T1 countries only, which has been very successful so far!

I am now happy to tell you we have reached new traffic milestones and started working with better direct advertisers aswell as working on expansion
- Website (1) has reached stable 150k/users per day.
- Website (2) has reached stable 20k/users per day
- Started working with a new direct advertiser in September and we have renewed in October, November, and now renewed for December month! Compared to ad-networks i've worked with before we pretty much have 30% higher rates on CPM ads.
- Rev share ads are performing better. We are keeping "old spenders" while converting new. It's pretty much a snowball that gets bigger and bigger!
- Website 3 is in development and plan on launching mid-2026. This website will have better design aswell as more features like membership subscriptions and will try recruit content creators.
- Our team has expanded and we are now (4) people on this project.
Here is a few issues we've had! This project is not a walk in the park
- Faced a few hacking attempts. (Poor me almost had heart attack)
- Some users tried sneaking in illegal content on the website
- Database overload x 2
- De-indexed from Bing and DuckDuckGo (Not even our homepage shows up.) This was 110% done by a competitor since we are in an "OK" niche. been e-mailing back and forth with Bing but they won't budge.
- Website cloning (So far there is 3 clones of our top website. But we have pretty much stopped them from grabbing our content...Thank god for our web-developer!)
Here's what we are focusing on right now
- Keep up with our constant/stable growth
- Finishing website (3) while not dropping quality on website (1) and (2)
- Plan future expansions and create/improve relationships with direct advertisers.

Clarification: When i say "Stable 150k/users per day" its usually around 160-170k. I just mean that it could be christmas day and there is 0% chance that we go below 150k. It's pretty much just a milestone that i threw out there.
EDIT1: Remember that this is a journey thread and not a METHOD thread. Please stop asking me about my niches and how i get website traffic. I'm fine with asking most questions but not anything that could have a negative impact on my project.

- Got a direct deal from Brazzers to allocate some ads to their site until December 4 (Black Friday Special!)
Running paysite PPS has never been my cup of tea but they are giving me $40 PPS for a "$2 Trial" offer which is worth testing. If it' turns out to be a good campaign it will put me in a position to negotiate better and monthly deals with flat payments. Brazzers network is huge and has lots of money i would gladly take
- Teached my new "worker" about our work-flow
He's going to manage our Community Discord with over 2000+ members aswell as doing uploads on 2 websites. For websites i teached him how to grab content and publish it with best SEO in mind. He is doing a great job and is put on a monthly payroll.

Every now and then i go through search console and Ahrefs aswell as my "in-house" statistics and this is what i did this time. Now i have a better understanding which upcoming content that has higher chance to perform better.
- Regular grunt work.
While i have a few people doing the grunt work for me. I still like to stay involved and up to date. Regular grunt work is pretty much website administration, going through e-mails and work on content.
- Signed better CDN deal
Our CDN costs are increasing so figured it would be worth a shot to flirt with their sales team and i managed to lower our costs from $0.05/GB to $0.03GB. this is huge news!
