I’ve developed an email-sending tool that allows very high volume sending.
Right now I’m consistently pushing 2M+ emails per day, and I can easily scale it to 5M+/day without additional costs.

The problem: I have no clear monetization strategy yet.

So far:
  • Tested CPA offers → very low conversions
  • Payouts are poor and not worth the volume
  • Traffic quality might be the issue, or the offer itself
Stats from today:
  • ~2,000 visitors to my landing page
  • 0 sales

That’s what made me stop and rethink everything.

I’ve heard of people doing $5k+/day promoting things like:

  • Replica / inspired luxury products
  • Aggressive affiliate funnels
  • Lead resale, data monetization, etc.

So my questions to experienced members:
  • What type of offers actually make sense with this volume?
  • Physical products vs digital vs services?
  • Is CPA dead for cold email at scale?
  • Any niches you’ve seen working recently with mass emailing?

I’m not here to sell anything or hype, genuinely looking for ideas and testing directions.
I’ll keep this thread updated as I experiment and would appreciate any insights from people who’ve been there.

Thanks in advance

If you're sending that many emails and getting zero results, it means there's a serious problem. First, you need to verify the email addresses you're sending to. Then, you need to warm up the email address so it doesn't end up in spam. Even if you do that, it's still likely to end up in spam. Not only the email content but also the subject line needs to be safe from spam.

Actually, cold emailing is the last thing you should consider for making money. There are many high-quality courses on sending cold emails on Udemy, but if you had asked this question on ChatGPT or Gemini instead, they could have given you much more helpful information.

You should setup Google Postmaster and check your inbox placement rate, spam rate, bounce rate, and engagement as well.

Getting 2K clicks from 2M emails is considered below poor engagement rate and inbox service providers like Gmail, Outlook, and iCloud punish you for such a low engagement by either rejecting your emails (higher bounce rate) or sending it straight to inbox (higher spam rate)

Sending 2M emails a day is impressive, but the missing piece here is intent + offer fit. Even huge volumes don’t convert if the audience isn’t targeted or the value proposition isn’t strong. Email marketing works best when you’re sending highly relevant content/offers to a list that expects and engages with your messages generic blasts to cold lists will mostly get ignored, spam flagged, or low CTR. Focus on better segmentation, warming up subscribers, and testing small offers first to see what actually resonates before scaling the volume. Quality over quantity still wins conversions.

I would suggest taking a step back and focusing on the basics before going after fresh offers with that much volume. If you send out millions of emails but only receive 2,000 visitors and no purchases, the problem is probably with the offer itself, the targeting, the list quality, the messaging, or the funnel.
Instead of going into dangerous or aggressive niches right away, try smaller ones first, make sure your emails get delivered and fit the intent of your customers, and keep a tight eye on each phase of the funnel. A small rise in your engagement or conversion rate can make a big difference. Before you make more money, make sure the system is working well.

I don't know if email sending still a thing on online marketing cause there is social media can DM direct and already online. I'll follow your journey probably you find loophole on this problem.

You can't DM 10million person per day

1. Have you figured out how much percent of your mail lands in inbox???

2. If you think your tools & method work, then why do you send mail instead of selling email services?

The response rates are negligible. You should clean the list and verify inbox rates before any chance of monetization.

It's simple, most likely your emails are ending up in spam, because if they were ending up in your inbox, you would have at least several dozen conversions with that volume of emails.

What is the Niche?

Where did the list come from ?

Without metrics you are just wasting bandwidth

I think with that volume, the biggest challenge is matching offers to audience quality. Low conversions often come from cold traffic that isn’t pre-qualified. Have you tested lead magnets or micro-value offers first to warm up the list, or tried segmenting by engagement before pushing CPA products? Curious which approach has given others the best ROI at scale.

2M emails and 2k visitors means your open/click rates are brutal. Thats the first problem.

Few things that actually work at this scale:

1. List quality matters more than volume. Scraped lists or bought data will always underperform. People who opted in somewhere convert way better even if the list is 10x smaller.

2. For cold email at scale, B2B crushes B2C. Business owners actually read their email. Consumers dont. SaaS trials, agency services, local biz offers (HVAC leads, roofing, etc) all work.

3. CPA is tough because the networks track everything. They know mass email traffic and will shave or reject conversions. Direct deals with merchants or selling your own product removes that.

4. If youre set on staying B2C, dating/adult or gambling geos that actually convert (tier 2/3 countries) are your best bet. But payments become a nightmare.

5. Data play: some people just sell the clicks. Send to a bridge page, pixel everyone, sell the audience data or retarget lists. Legal gray area but it moves.

Honestly though - 2M/day with 0 sales tells me either the list is garbage or your landing page is. Would need to see both to give real advice. Whats the niche youre hitting?
