Building iPhone farm in Australia (Remote Access for filipino VA's)

What's up guys, I run an OFMA in Australia and I’m looking for advice from anyone experienced with running a phone farm for social media posting (Instagram & TikTok specifically).

Here’s what I’m aiming to set up:
  • Devices: iPhone XS & XR (about 5 iphones per model)
  • Accounts per phone: 3 IG accounts each
  • Number of models: Many, so the farm will need to scale
  • Location: Phones will physically stay in Australia
  • SIM setup: Using eSIMs to maintain an Australian IP & keep the accounts looking locally based
  • Remote access requirement: Virtual assistants in the Philippines need to control the phones remotely for posting & engagement
  • Goal: Instagram & TikTok posting at scale while keeping accounts safe from bans/flagging (highest trust score possible)

Key questions:
  1. Is it possible to set this up so VAs in the Philippines can run everything remotely without triggering security flags on IG/TikTok? (remote access via Anydesk or similar?)
  2. What’s the best remote access solution for iPhones that keeps performance smooth (and secure) for VAs? (I know Vysor doesn't work with ios18 & 3uTools doesn't work for location spoofing anymore, so cant send phones to philippines)
  3. Any recommendations for hardware/software setup to manage 15+ iPhones and scale beyond that?
  4. Should I be using Mac Minis, PC servers, or other hardware to connect and control the devices?
If you’ve done something similar, I’d muchly appreciate any advice, setup guides, or if it's even possible to automate for VA's with remote access so I don't have to manually post myself in Aus. Or should I just build a posting team here in Aus?

Highest trust score and best results **supposedly**. I've always posted manually to iPhones and heard they're the best for IG results. However, never personally tested against Android.

is hard to check that i have some experience with ig automation and location sometime is very important but the device not so sure
 
You need some software to mirror your devices (look for It) but for iPhone I dont know what soft right now.
 
For remote access without raising flags, Anydesk might be too obvious. You're looking for something that allows granular control without signaling unusual activity. mdm doesn't work
 
I used an iPhone for a while, and the service tends to be more expensive, but also more cumbersome. Android is always better. What you say is quite true, but I definitely recommend getting an Android.
 
I know multiple agencies owners who work only with iPhones. Trust score is much higher than on Android, because Android is most obvious solution.

Today there are only two efficient ways to set up iPhone farm. First is connect iPhones to PC via USB. Mostly people use self-made tools that use combination of Apple AirPlay and Assistive touch. It works on Windows, you don't necessarily need Macs. But you're limited by 4 iPhones per PC at most, it just doesn't handle more. So in your case, it would mean 2 PCs for 5 iPhones, and each PC you can share via Anydesk. Second way is practically the same, but you use iOS screen streaming app and clickers. They also utilise Assistive touch, but in this case you control your iPhones from browser and can share access separately. Again, in your case you'll need 5 clickers in total, one per each iPhone. Decide which approach is better for your needs and good luck.
 
i recommend going for android bc you can easily scale it and manage. If you still wanna go with iPhone, you will have issues to find a software to automate it, and if you do it probably wont be cheap
 
We do 80 accs per iPhone and and fully automated, you can t control this easy the iphones remotely
I'm sure you have great experience in this area, but by "control" you mean automation or remote manual control? Because manual control is easy. I have multiple iPhones controlled remotely by VAs from Philippines. No jb, no mac, no even PC needed.

In short: yes. I don't promote it though, I made my own research. There are several services which use similar approach. One is old but dead, another is a Reddit-specific tool with automation on top, third is Appium-based opensource project, forth is Chinese iPhone boxes with proprietary soft. All have pros and cons, but nomix clickers allowed me to start fast with zero setup. I hope they will add automation on top, at least it's in their roadmap. But so far I work with VAs with manual control.
 
Good questions and props for thinking about this before scaling, that alone saves a lot of pain later.


First, about iPhone vs Android and “trust score”. There’s no official statement from Meta or TikTok that iPhones rank better, but in practice a lot of agencies stick to iOS because iPhones tend to have more stable device fingerprints and fewer variables. Android can scale easier and cheaper, but it also has way more diversity in hardware, OS versions and app behavior, which can look messy at scale. So your instinct to stay on iPhone for OFMA work is not crazy at all, especially if the phones stay physically in Australia.


Now about remote control and VAs.
Yes, it is absolutely possible for VAs in the Philippines to operate iPhones that are physically in Australia without logging into the social apps from abroad, which is the part that really matters. The social apps only see the phone, SIM, IP and device environment. They do not see where the human clicking the screen is sitting.


The key is that the VA must only control the screen, not log into the accounts directly from their own devices.


There are basically three real-world approaches people use with iPhones:


USB-connected control to local PCs
Phones are connected by cable to Windows PCs. Software mirrors the screen and sends touch commands using AssistiveTouch and Apple’s screen APIs. Each PC can realistically handle 3–4 phones before it becomes unstable. Then you remote into those PCs with AnyDesk or similar and VAs control them that way. It’s not elegant but it’s reliable and relatively cheap. Downside is hardware clutter and scaling means more PCs.


Browser-based iPhone clickers / streamers
These are services or self-hosted setups that stream the iPhone screen to a browser and allow clicking, again using AssistiveTouch on the phone. Each phone usually needs its own “clicker” or capture device. VAs log into a web dashboard and control each phone independently. This scales cleaner than PCs, but you pay per device and you’re depending on third-party software stability.


Chinese iPhone boxes and enterprise rigs
These are physical racks with multiple iPhone connections and proprietary control software. They’re used a lot in app testing and some marketing farms. They work, but they’re expensive, documentation is rough, and support is… let’s say “creative”. Not something I’d recommend unless you’re already operating at serious volume.


About MDM
MDM is great for managing devices, installing apps, locking settings, and keeping phones standardized. It is not a remote control solution by itself. Think of it as device hygiene, not posting and engagement.


About AnyDesk, TeamViewer, etc
These are fine if they’re only used to remote into the control PCs or control dashboards, not directly into the social accounts. From the app’s point of view, nothing weird is happening, the phone is just being touched like normal. Many agencies operate exactly like this.


About eSIMs and IP
Keeping the phones on Australian mobile data is one of the strongest trust signals you can give. Mobile IPs rotate naturally, they’re local, and they match the SIM country. That’s good. Just avoid mixing WiFi from random ISPs and mobile data in ways that change geolocation too much.


Accounts per phone
Three per phone is common, but once you scale models and volume, workload becomes the bigger problem than detection. Engagement, DMs, comments, story interactions, that’s where human behavior matters more than hardware.


Important policy reality check, not judging, just being honest
If accounts are linked and one cluster gets flagged for violations, the others can absolutely get reviewed or hit too. That’s true on IG and TikTok. That’s why separation of models, emails, recovery info, business managers and content pipelines matters just as much as phones and IPs. Hardware alone does not save bad account structures.


On automation
Direct automation on iOS is still painful and risky compared to Android. Most agencies doing OFMA at scale still rely on human VAs + assisted control, not bots. It’s slower, but survival rate is much higher, especially for DMs and engagement.


So, realistic setup that actually works in the wild
iPhones stay in Australia on mobile data
Phones connected either to local PCs or to clicker/streaming devices
VAs connect only to the control layer, not to the apps themselves
MDM to keep devices consistent and locked down
Separate account infrastructure per model to avoid cross-contamination
Scaling = more phones + more control nodes, not more logins per device


Is it cheaper to just hire a local posting team in Aus
For small scale, maybe. For serious scale, hardware farms with VAs are still way cheaper long term, even with the upfront setup headache.


Short answer to your main fear
Yes, VAs can run the phones remotely without triggering security flags as long as the apps only see Australian devices on Australian IPs behaving like humans. The moment the apps start seeing logins, session changes or API behavior from overseas, that’s when trust drops.


It’s not magic, it’s just boring infrastructure and discipline, which is usually what actually works in this game.

First thing I tried was giving remote access to PC with multiple iPhones connected to this PC. Honestly I’m happy I don’t do this anymore. It was hell to setup and maintain. I switched to clickers, one clicker per phone. Cheaper than the PC approach + manual control out of the box + we have some simple scripts via clicker api for warmup and stuff.

Updates are disabled everywhere, and since it’s mostly manual job, they don’t affect so much.

But I really hope they finish their “recognition” api part which gonna reduce my VAs costs like for 80%
 
For Instagram, you might need to look into an API post scheduler since that can help with getting the content posted. However for TikTok, you can primary post from a device; in that case, look into an iPhone screen mirror tool that allows VA's access.

Aren’t clickers extremely easy to detect? App developers (and even websites opened in Safari) can see the origin of a click, and it's different for real touch (type = direct, different radius), compared to clicks from clickers (type = pointer, fixed radius)

I only know only the technical side tho. Maybe apps don't really bother with it
