Hey everyone,
I’ve been trying to grow a Facebook page organically and honestly it feels much harder than before.
Reach is low even when engagement seems decent. Posting more doesn’t always help either.

From what I’ve tested so far, a few things seem important:

- Posting consistently (not randomly)
- Catching trending topics in the niche
- Creating stronger hooks in the first 1–2 lines
- Focusing on conversation instead of just content
- Replying fast to comments to keep engagement active

Short native videos seem to perform better than link posts or basic images.
For those who are still growing pages without heavy ad spend — what actually made a difference for you recently?
Would love to hear real strategies that are working now.

The way these ai powered groups are increasing i don't think there's anything that will hinder FB growth.

I used to work with FB pages more than a decade back. It doesn't work the same way now. Organic reach is dead. It may be possible, but not at all easy now. FB groups work better if you're trying to get traffic.
For more views on your content, instagram, tiktok and YT shorts are better.

I get what you mean. AI-powered groups are definitely growing fast, and they’re changing how content spreads.
But at the same time, I don’t think growth becomes automatic just because AI tools exist. The competition is also increasing. More content is being pushed out every day.
In my opinion, AI can help with speed and consistency, but real engagement still depends on how relatable and valuable the content is.
Are you seeing better reach mainly because of groups, or from page posts directly?

Yeah, I agree it’s definitely not the same as it was 10+ years ago.
Back then, you could grow a page just by posting consistently and the reach would come naturally. Now it feels like pages get limited unless there’s serious engagement or ad spend behind it.
Groups do seem stronger for traffic, especially if you’re actually participating and not just dropping links. The community factor helps a lot.
And I’m with you on short-form platforms. Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts seem to give much better organic exposure right now compared to Facebook pages.
Are you focusing more on short-form now, or still testing Facebook groups as well?

I’d also avoid sending people away from Facebook too often. Link posts seem to get weak reach compared to native content. If I need to share a link, I usually warm up the audience first with value or discussion, then add the link later in comments or in a follow-up post.

I agree with your points especially about conversations I have noticed posts that encourage people to share opinions or experiences often perform better than informational posts alone Consistency and audience interaction seem to matter more now than simply posting more content every day
