Hello,
This morning I connected a new Instagram account to my Business Suite on Meta, and I was able to schedule 4 Reels, but from the 5th Reel onwards, it's IMPOSSIBLE to load any new one. The loading remains stuck at 0%! I've tried everything: clearing the cache, using a different browser, using the mobile version, waiting a few hours—nothing works. However, I just noticed that the Reel in question loads correctly on another Instagram account. Is it possible that Business Suite restricts certain accounts? The Instagram account itself isn't restricted or banned on the app.

I got a response, for those who are interested a guy from Meta support confirmed to me that the account was blocked by the system (but no warning anywhere, and the system is Meta Business Suite because on Instagram it's not shadowbanned or banned)

Could be shadow banned.

Yes, Business Suite can throttle or restrict accounts based on suspicious activity flags (new connection, rapid posting). This is often a temporary API limit, not a ban. Disconnect and reconnect the account, or wait 24-48 hours. For critical posting, use Meta's Creator Studio or a third-party scheduler like Later as a workaround.
