Hello!

All his screenshots are fake.

As I wrote in DM I have live client with the same sum. Moreover It's media buyers team. So I have 6 witnesses of the deal. You can see txid at screenshot below

My question is why are you doing business on TG which is a scammer's paradise?

Despite of the fact that TG is scammer's paradise it's very convenient to communicate with real customers:

1. It's fast. Tg has his own app, so you can answer to the customers immediately. Notifications pushs directly in your phone;

2. You can work with teams, I can create chat with as much people as I need.

I fully understand the problem with TG, everybody can make fake screenshots, but abandoning communication on TG means giving other sellers a competitive advantage. Many people use this platform.

In my sellers thread I remind users not to leave their contact information publicly available; I strongly encourage communication via private messages.

@BassTrackerBoats please check the transaction id on blockchain explorer and you will see the exact hour and minute the funds appeared on blockchain
I think the seller is trying to fake screenshots or making a fictional conversation with a friend or alt account to get away with this

In the screenshots provided by @Mukis you can see the alleged "client" sent him the txid at minute 57
The original transaction took place at minute 55
Exactly when I sent it
There is no way to argue that this could have been a delay from an exchange because if it was a delay there will be no txid before it hits the blockchain
Everyone dealing with crypto knows that

So he had to receive the txid from me in the first place in order to be able to send it in this fake chat with his puppet accounts, therefore the delay
Unfortunately he was not fast enough in his attempt to fake this

Of course giving him the benefit of the doubt there is also the possibility that the seller himself has been tricked
But I honestly doubt that since he instantly blocked me.

I genuinely hope we can resolve this professionally, and that the seller will do the right thing.
While this may not be a significant sum, it is still not an amount I'm comfortable letting go without proper resolution.

Do you have any evidence of any of these claims?

Do you have any evidence of any of these claims?
The txid from his screenshots was sent 2 minutes after I sent mine ( probably he was busy those 2 minutes to block me and delete the conversation )
So he had to receive the txid from me in the first place
Check transaction on blockchain with the exact time:

Edit: It's disappointing that someone would undertake such actions for some quick dollars
Our collaboration could have yielded much greater benefits for both parties.

@Mukis Is it also your claim that the screenshots have been faked by @snowdribbler?
Yes, because I know his screenshots are fake. First of all, because I’m not scamming anybody.

Secondly, there are some indirect signs in his screenshots. For example, between screenshots 3 and 4, the left-side menu disappears. As you can see, the screenshots are the same size as the previous ones, but screenshots 4 and 5 have no left-side menu. Instead, we can see part of another window.

Screenshot_10.jpg

Also, please look at screenshots 1, 2, and 3. Have you ever managed to get perfect screenshots three times in a row? He did.
Screenshots 4 and 5 have the same peculiarity: they’re perfectly sized—pixel for pixel. And yet, according to him, I was about to delete the conversation. He clearly should have taken the screenshots faster, but could he have gotten lucky and taken three identical screenshots in a row—and then two more?

Screenshot_11.jpgScreenshot_12.jpgScreenshot_13.jpg

Screenshot_14.jpgScreenshot_15.jpg

These are just a few of the oddities I noticed there. I’m sure a Photoshop professional will find more.

Thirdly, I have my own conversation with real customers. It’s a long conversation that started in December. I can provide the full conversation if you need it.

Fourth, his claim that he sent the txid earlier is not credible if he falsified the screenshots. He could have inserted any timestamp there. My client sent me the txid when he actually saw it — that is, a few minutes after it was published on the blockchain.

@snowdribbler Your response, please.
I want to reply to all of this nonsense:
1. That little window is a notification at the center of the screen telling me that I have "successfully taken a screenshot" it's related to the screenshot software that I use
Here is the proof after I've done a new screenshot right now just for demonstration purposes

L5hTyul.png
2. Many screenshot software options have a feature that allows users to make a selection once, which remains active until they choose to change the dimensions. This means you can take several screenshots in quick succession without having to redefine the selection area each time.
So yes, I have taken 3 or 4 identical screenshots as you said "pixel perfect"
3. The other ones which don't show my left panel is because I dragged the selection a little to the right due to all bunch of windows I had open on my screen lol

At this point I think @Mukis is just embarrassing himself.

If it's necessary I can post full conversation with my clients. Video or screenshots.
No need for this, other transactions and deals aren't relevant to this dispute. Just anything to do with this matter.

@snowdribbler Keep it civil, please.

Do either of you have any more evidence to present?
@SettingSun77 the decision is yours.

I just want to add a few things if they are relevant:

  • I am not here to ruin anyone business
  • I understand people can make mistakes for whatever reasons
  • If the seller @Mukis does choose to act fairly (though I'm quite skeptical about that), I would be open to accepting the refund divided into several payments over the course of a week, given the significant amount at stake. ( If you approve this of course @SettingSun77 )
Additionally, I want to highlight some of the rather strange statements the seller made:
In my sellers thread I remind users not to leave their contact information publicly available; I strongly encourage communication via private messages.
This is not true because from his own example note how he says "use our contacts or pm":)
Notice "contacts" being the first word, referring to telegram + he is posting telegram deals on his BST all the time as social proof.
Also irrelevant to our dispute

First of all, because I’m not scamming anybody.
Up until now, the entire argument from the seller has essentially been a "trust me, bro" situation.

Everything else I have replied to and explained thoroughly.
Lastly, I want to thank the staff for your time and resources.

I just noticed that since our dispute started the seller withdraw everything from his wallet
Definitely not a good sign.
Proof: https://www.oklink.com/tron/address/TYnqM1ht7vRnpzyVm3973Kz4Yf71JyVWPw/token-transfer
Of course it can be unrelated but I think it is good to know.

@SettingSun77
Since I was absolutely sure that I had not blocked anyone or done any of this, I started looking closely at his screenshots showing my username. Knowing that he had to edit at least the last screenshot, I examined it carefully.

Everything else could be fabricated without any editing at all — something snowdribbler himself essentially explained when he pointed out that it is possible to create multiple accounts and stage a conversation like the one he presented. I believe this screenshot will remove any remaining doubts.

On the left, you can see a screenshot of my account (screenshot 1). Anyone can take this screenshot. Notice the shadows around my username: they are clean and evenly cut, perfectly matching the username. That is what an original screenshot looks like.

On the right, you can see poor Photoshop work (screenshot 6). The shadows extend unevenly in different places, because this area was altered.

That’s all I wanted to say. I would like to thank the forum team for their attention to this matter.

This is ridiculous
The first screenshot was larger size( the one with the whole window and left side panel )
The second screenshot was smaller ( the one where I said I resize it to hide other windows open on my screen )
You are zooming 100x on two different screenshots that are two different sizes.
Trying to prove what exactly ?
Also I am not a tech expert but I believe the moment you upload images on the internet in general the quality is decreasing

I have nothing else to say @SettingSun77

Also if you are innocent why did you moved all of your funds from your wallet when this dispute started ?
I think the seller is preparing to close shop

Now you contradict yourself and trying to twist my words.
Because the first time you said:

Fourth, his claim that he sent the txid earlier is not credible if he falsified the screenshots. He could have inserted any timestamp there. My client sent me the txid when he actually saw it — that is, a few minutes after it was published on the blockchain.
Now you are trying to imply that it was faked / staged with an alt account right ?
But then how come the time is correct ?
So which one is it? Is it edited or staged ?
I am not sure I follow your logic since you keep changing your story

Now nothing makes sense anymore because I sent the txid the moment it appeared on the blockchain...
I wonder why?.....

Because I am the actual person who sent you the money and because the txid was generated instantly the moment I sent it to you!
You know it and I know it !
You are embarrassing yourself.

@SettingSun77 Does his narrative make any sense to you? He initially made some accusations, and after I responded, he changed his story.
So which one is it?
Is it edited or staged ?

It really seems like desperation to me.

After all this time, it is clear that the seller has no intentions of resolving this professionally, so I would like to hear the moderator conclusion.

You only need to change the system time and date. In the screenshot below, you can see how it is possible to fake the time in Telegram without using Photoshop. You know that, and the moderators know it as well. You tried to manipulate the situation, but this trick doesn’t work in this section.
Screenshot_13.jpg

Also if you are innocent why did you moved all of your funds from your wallet when this dispute started ?
My honestly earned money is none of your business, and neither is where I transfer it.

I have provided enough arguments — from the real conversation of the buyers’ team, where each member can confirm that the deal was genuine, to his poor Photoshop skills. The way he started getting nervous and repeating himself in his statements also indirectly suggests that I correctly identified the area that was edited.
I will wait for the moderators’ decision on this dispute.
