My honestly earned money is none of your business, and neither is where I transfer it.
It becomes my problem the moment you steal my money, I am not talking with you anymore because this is pointless.

@SettingSun77
The moment someone attempts to alter their statement or change their story, it becomes clear they have something to hide.
The seller, in this case, has contradicted himself multiple times throughout this dispute.
He transfer all of his funds from his wallet when he became aware of this dispute.
Has made some very sketchy statements and attempted to divert the discussion.
And so on...
There are obviously many red flags in this seller attitude
It now seems that the seller has decided to settle on one version of the story that suits him best

I have presented the facts as they are and have addressed every counterargument in a relevant and coherent manner.

If we accept the seller's perspective that he can simply claim something is fake and avoid accountability, then every scammer could do that.

Please let me know your decision
Thanks

@snowdribbler @Mukis I'm placing this dispute on hold while other staff members take a look. Please be patient.

@snowdribbler Which wallet/app did you use to send the money? Please provide a screenshot of the transaction from your account. If you're not comfortable sharing this in public then you can DM me with it.

I also want to add that I am a very busy person and genuinely do not have the time or energy to continue back and forth like this
I've shared all the information and facts necessary.
To be honest, I'm not even here for the money.
It's nothing to me.
My main concern is to highlight how some sellers exploit new and unsuspecting members, believing they can get away with it.
I'm now waiting for a final decision so I can move on with my life.

HA-HA!

WHY you SENT me FUNDS AFTER YOU CREATE THIS THREAD?

If you don't have the time to invest in a dispute thread then you shouldn't create one. This process can take time and this particular case is complicated. Give us time to analyse what you've posted (and what you've posted, @Mukis) and we'll get back to you.

@SettingSun77 That address is an exchange platform address.
You can see that contracts are used to send transactions. Unlike regular wallets, which do not create contracts when sending transactions, exchanges utilize their own holding wallets to broadcast transactions on the blockchain.

Therefore, when anyone using the same platform initiates a transaction, the exchange will use its own wallets to execute and broadcast those transactions.
My guess is that he registered on the same exchange that I used and sent funds to himself.
Or simply he has other clients using the same exchange because I see he also had multiple transactions from the same exchange in the past.

To simplify, if ten different people are using the same exchange platform for a certain coin, such as USDT, the exchange will utilize its own holding wallet to send those transactions. As a result, all ten different individuals making ten separate transactions will appear to be sent from the same address (the exchange address)

My only transaction is the one we have discussed about.

@SettingSun77 of course it's not an exchange address. Another lie from snowdribbler. Exchange wallets have public labels, and they are marked accordingly in blockchain explorers. In the screenshot below, you can see how I withdrew funds to Bybit — yes, the same funds he got nervous about when I transferred my own money out of the wallet. The blockchain explorer labeled this withdrawal accordingly.

@SettingSun77
False!
No, not all exchange wallets are labeled on blockchain explorers as being exchange wallets.

You can ask ChatGPT or Google it.
