Sending Messages to Fast , how can i avoid it?

Happy new year! I use tiktok to take permission for their videos but suddenly, after 25-30 messages , i got a warning that says '' Sending messages too fast'' and this warning last about a day and i cant send any other message. I used to send more than 60-70 messages each day but now i can send only 25. I use to include the video's link on the first messge, like '' We want permission for this video [link] '' .

I tried to not use link on the first message, just to describe the video, but i still have this issue.
Is there any way to fix it or avoid this warning?

You're hitting TikTok's rate limit for cold DMs, which is aggressively low to combat spam. The fix is to drastically slow down and space messages naturally - aim for 5-10 per hour max. Automating or batch-sending triggers this instantly. You must warm the account over weeks by gradually increasing activity.

try rest time between every 30 messages and scroll feeds, give likes on live..
