What product category best describes the product/service involved in your Dispute? SMM purchase

What is the USD amount involved in your Dispute? $40

Please describe the reason for submitting a Dispute, in detail.
This SMM panel appears outdated; several services do not function or work as described. Instagram follower, like, and save services were advertised as real, active users, non-drop, lifetime guaranteed, but actual delivery does not match these claims.

We are disputing multiple orders due to:
• Massive follower/like drops
• Fake or low-quality accounts
• Misleading service descriptions
• Unfulfilled lifetime guarantees

Key issues:
• Refill promises on lifetime guaranteed follower orders are never honored, leaving the order permanently below the guaranteed amount
• Massive drops within 24 hours
• Quality of delivery does not match claims
• Services labeled real, HQ, non-drop, lifetime guaranteed are not delivered as described.
• Refills (likes sent) are fake bot low quality accounts not UHQ or HQ real active users
• Service descriptions were changed or deleted after delivery
• Ongoing delivery issues negatively affect account performance and algorithm trust

Key Lifetime Guaranteed Issue
• Order ID: 24057612
• Service: Instagram Followers | Canada | HQ Profiles | Lifetime Guaranteed
• Start Count: 35,205 | Ordered: +150 | Guaranteed Total: 35,355
• Followers dropped below the guaranteed amount shortly after delivery and continued dropping.
• Seller agreed to refill but never honored the refill, leaving the order permanently below the guaranteed amount

Evidence: order id 24057612 **Attached screenshot showing amount before and after followers drops**

Additional Affected Orders with dropping issues and low quality accounts instead of advertise accounts on services description:
• 24077078 – IG HQ Real Likes | NonDrop | Likes drop, do not match HQ description
• 24074267 / 24074150 / 24074065 – IG [UHQ] Real & Active Likes | NonDrop | Low-quality/bot accounts, no posts, no activity
• 24057753, 24056118 – IG Likes | 2–5 Likes/Min | Low-quality/bot accounts, no posts, no activity. Unstable delivery and drops
• Order ID: 24055387 Service ID: 423 Instagram Likes 100% USA + Impressions + Reach Explore | NoDrop. The order was delivered with low-quality/bot accounts (no posts, no activity).
• 24082893 – IG Saves | Real | 1K/H | Canceled service doesn't work
• 24074348 – IG Saves | Real | 5K/H | Canceled service doesn't work

Please detail exactly how you have tried to resolve your issue before now.
Our team and I have contacted the seller multiple times through ticket support and BHW direct messages to fix the ongoing dropping issues of followers and likes, as promised on his service. Additionally, followers on guaranteed lifetime orders fell below the final amount of 35,355, and the refill sent on likes keeps dropping below 3,158, as per the agreement with the seller. However, the situation remains unresolved.

What kind of outcome are you looking for from this Dispute?
We request the following actions to address the issues with the service:

-Restore Dropped Followers: Reinstate 35,355 followers and 3,158 likes with real, active, high-quality accounts (no bots or low-quality users).
-Lifetime Refills: Provide lifetime refills with real, active, high-quality accounts for any future drops.
-Quality Assurance: Ensure no fake or low-quality accounts are delivered in future orders.
-Stable Service: Maintain high retention and consistent service for all orders.
***If the seller fails to meet these conditions (delivering only real, active users and restoring the correct number of followers and likes), we request a full refund of the $40 paid to the original payment method***

Please paste any URLs that point to evidence for your Dispute.

Please upload any screenshots, videos, or other document files that point to the required evidence.

Despite our team addressing the dropping issues multiple times through support tickets and clearly reporting the low quality of the accounts sold as “real active” or “ultra high quality,” the seller has failed to fix or replace the service as described. The accounts delivered are bot/fake profiles interacting with the images, lacking real engagement, activity, or authenticity.

As a result, the dropping of likes and followers continues, directly caused by these bot accounts sold as real active users. This violates the advertised non-drop and guaranteed lifetime service and is actively harming the account’s performance and algorithm.

To date, the seller has not fulfilled the service description, ignored repeated support requests after promising a refill, and failed to correct the issue. This service delivery is misleading, deceptive, and constitutes a total scam.

Our team formally requests an immediate refill of the affected likes and followers until the account is restored to:
  • Followers: 35,355 only real active CAD or USA users (no fake low quality accounts with no post, less than 30 post, no bio, tories ,no real engagement non drop, lifetime guaraanted refill, non drop below 35,355)

  • Likes: 3,158 likes from real acitve and ultra high quality accounts as service descritption
The refill must strictly comply with the original service description , guaranteed lifetime refill, using real, active users or ultra high-quality accounts that include:
  • Genuine engagement and organic interaction
  • Multiple real posts
  • Complete profiles
  • At least 20% highlights, as advertised
If the service cannot be refilled exactly as described, our team requests a full refund of $40 to the original payment method used due to non-compliance, misleading service claims, and failure to resolve the issue after repeated support contact.

Hello,

First of all, the users shown in the screenshot are not ours. We can run the exact same service tests together with a moderator if needed.

He already received the necessary response here as well:
https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/a...ant-hq-services.1185773/page-77#post-20286829

From the beginning, we have helped this customer more than enough, but he has found a “tactic” and is trying to abuse BHW rules to run what is essentially a scam attempt.

All orders on our site: attached as SCREEN - 1

Out of the $40 payment, the transactions totaling $35.40 consist of 3 orders (2 comments + 1 follower). The rest of his orders total $3.35, and his current remaining balance is $1.25.

Proof: SCREEN-2

--
This person first claimed that 12 comments were missing from a 30-comment order and argued with us for 2 days, threatening BHW. When we proved to him—clearly and with evidence—that those “missing 12 comments” were not part of the order, and that the 30 ordered comments were delivered in full, he stopped bringing it up.

Proof: attached SCREEN-3

--

Then he complained about drops on like orders. He first purchased +2K cheap/regular likes, and later bought small amounts (200–300) of likes labeled No Drop, then demanded compensation for all dropped likes simply because the later orders said “No Drop.” We still tried to help and compensated likes even though this was not required, but he repeatedly blocks both followers and like accounts on purpose to force the numbers down. Despite this—and despite there being no guarantee for those earlier purchases—we still provided compensations.

Proof: attached SCREEN-4
If what he claims was true, why did he continue placing a total of 10 separate like orders?

--

The main dispute he refuses to accept is the follower order:

On a profile with 35K+ followers, he purchased 150 from our lifetime guaranteed Canadian followers service. We sent 200+ followers. He claimed followers dropped and demanded compensation. When we checked, we saw that all Canadian followers we delivered were still following the profile—meaning the drops were from his pre-existing followers. Even after we provided the full follower list and supporting proof, he was not convinced. He argued that compensation should be based on the starting count and the purchased amount, regardless of what was actually delivered and still present.

Proof: attached SCREEN-5

--

There are only 2 follower orders on our site:

1st order is 10 followers and the follower count on the profile was: 35994

2nd order is 150 followers and the follower count on the profile was: 35205

Proof: attached SCREEN-6

So this profile was already experiencing drops, and it is unknown what kinds of services he had purchased before ordering from us. With his logic, anyone could buy thousands of low-quality/bot followers elsewhere, then buy 50–100 from a lifetime guaranteed service, and demand “infinite refills forever” for drops they caused themselves...

Because we did not accept this demand, he threatened to open a dispute thread on BHW. I told him to open it and let a moderator decide. For 2–3 days he kept repeating this both on the forum and via ticket. I continued to tell him to open the thread, and he finally did.

We shared the full list of all accounts delivered as followers.
Proof: I also attached it to the message as a zip file.

---

He is intentionally blocking low-quality followers on the profile and then trying to claim refills from a quality service.
Right now, he also set the profile to private so proper checks cannot be performed!

When I checked his profile, I saw he has another dispute thread as well:
https://www.blackhatworld.com/seo/hghlevelmarketing-vs-smmexclusive.1783501/

After reviewing it, I noticed he bought many different services for the same profile and posts from there too. He buys low-quality services from multiple providers, then comes to us and hides behind the “lifetime guarantee” label to demand refills for drops caused by other providers/services. This is not possible and not fair.

After reviewing his forum threads, it’s clear he is trying the same tactic on multiple sellers. He follows a strategy where he buys services, then attempts to recover all of his spending through disputes and refund pressure. I believe this kind of user should be banned so he cannot continue doing this to BHW sellers.

And as many relevant details and evidence as possible are attached.

We can refund his remaining $1.25 balance, but refunding orders that were delivered fully and without issues would be unfair.

@hghlevelmarketing, this looks like you received what you paid for and using multiple providers for the same thing at the same time makes it hard for us to think otherwise.

@hghlevelmarketing, this looks like you received what you paid for and using multiple providers for the same thing at the same time makes it hard for us to think otherwise.
This is not the case. All issues with these orders originate from his services—no other provider was used. These issues were raised with the seller through ticket support, and he confirmed that he would fix them by promising refills, clearly acknowledging that the problems were caused by his service.

Therefore, he needs to fulfill the promised refill on followers and likes using real, active users, not fake or bot accounts that cause these drops. Additionally, he changed the account quality description after we reported massive dropping issues with the likes order, delivering fake bot accounts instead of the quality described in the service. Please see the attached screenshots showing the service description at the time of ordering and the changes made after reporting the dropping likes issues.

As shown in the attached tickets, the seller explicitly agreed to refill the CAD real active followers guaranteed lifetime order and likes. The followers have never been refilled to reach 35,355 total, and the likes needs to be refilled until they reach 3,158, with neither falling below these amounts.

I don't think that is accurate... you have another dispute thread with the same issues and they are saying the same thing as this seller.

You are buying from multiple people at the same time as opposed to waiting for one to perform their service.

@ApiSeller @BassTrackerBoats
You clearly know that all these orders were placed through your services, and all the likes dropping on these specific orders originated from your service from day one. The bot accounts started dropping immediately after the orders were completed, and we reported this to you via ticket support.

It appears that all resellers are connected through the same interface system with an outdated API, which keeps most services unstable, not functioning as described, and delivering low-quality results. All you do is resell the same fake accounts, repeating the same patterns of scams. Many members, including us, know that the majority of SMM panels and resellers follow this same pattern: orders drop after placement, orders are marked complete without being delivered, refills are not provided, and refunds are not issued.

We have experienced multiple issues with orders placed through your services. Therefore, do not blame other providers, because you are fully responsible for all these problems caused by your outdated service, old API system, and unstable offerings.

These dropping issues, caused by your services on these recent orders, need to be fixed by your service using real, active user accounts, as stated in the service descriptions—not fake bot accounts—as you promised in ticket support.

We respectfully disagree with this statement. After December 23, we did not purchase any services from the provider involved in the other dispute. This is a completely separate dispute. All recent orders on the last post, placed between December 29 and December 30, that experienced drops in followers and likes are solely from this seller.

These issues originate from this seller, who acknowledged responsibility and promised refills. The problems were caused by delivering fake bot accounts through the same outdated API system and shared interface used by many SMM panel resellers. We reported these issues to him multiple times.

I'm not sure that we are on the same page.

This is your third dispute about a SMM panel, so I think the issue may be on your end and not theirs.

Moderator may not have asked me a direct question yet, so I’m not sure if replying again is the best approach. However, since this user tagged me, repeated the same claims, and posted heavily cropped screenshots to fit his narrative, I want to respond one last time. After this message, I will not post again unless a moderator asks me a question.

First of all, the profile’s current follower count is 34,942. When you placed your first follower order with us, you had 35,994 followers. When you placed the 150-follower order, the profile had 35,205 followers.
This already summarizes the situation clearly: the cheap/bot services you purchased from other providers are dropping, and you are expecting us to cover those losses.

1 - You tried the same tactic with the comments first. Even though we told you they were delivered, you argued with us for 2 days. In the end, we spent nearly 2 hours going through the order and providing proof for the comments one by one, and after that you had nothing left to say.

2 - For your likes orders, we explained that your request did not meet the refill/compensation terms, but you kept sending long paragraphs like an article. Since like refills are not a major issue for us, we still agreed and provided compensation using real profiles.

3 - For your follower refill request, our support team followed the standard procedure and initially added it to the refill queue. When it reached its turn, the system returned an error. After a deeper technical review, our team confirmed that the followers we delivered were still following the profile, and we shared the required information and evidence with you. We also told you that if you make your follower list public, we can show individual proof for each delivered follower (just like we did with your comments). You refused to do that, and now you have fully locked/private’d the account so it cannot be properly reviewed during the dispute.

You keep changing the username of the profile, you keep switching the account between public/private (and open/closed), and you use multiple providers—filling the profile with cheap services while buying a small amount of expensive services. Then you block the cheap followers/likers and try to claim compensation from the expensive services.

I'm not sure that we are on the same page.

This is your third dispute about a SMM panel, so I think the issue may be on your end and not theirs.
We are clarifying the statement regarding orders being purchased from multiple providers. The orders placed between December 29 and December 30 for the latest post, which are experiencing issues, correspond solely to this seller. We hope this helps clarify the ongoing issues here.

A client can change the name as much as they want—there’s nothing wrong with that, and it is fully in compliance with Instagram policies and guidelines. Do not deviate from the main issue here. Be honest instead of passing the blame elsewhere: the real problem is that your service delivered low-quality fake bot accounts as real, active users, causing massive drops in likes and followers on orders placed through your SMM panel.

Issues with Seller’s Service:
  1. Fake Accounts Delivered
    • Orders received low-quality bot accounts instead of real, active users.
    • Likes and followers are dropping immediately after delivery.
    • Accounts delivered do not match the service description (real, active, “Ultra High Quality”).
  2. Service Description Manipulation
    • Seller changed the account quality description after issues were reported.
    • Misrepresentation of service: accounts were advertised as real and active but were fake.
  3. Unstable and Incomplete Delivery
    • Orders were marked completed even though full amounts were not delivered.
    • Massive drops in likes and followers on all affected orders.
  4. Ignoring Evidence and Support Requests
    • Our team documented all issues and sent screenshots to the seller.
    • Seller failed to fix the problems or honor refills as promised in the service description.
  5. Misleading Service Practices
    • Blaming external factors instead of acknowledging the services failure.
    • Intentionally delivering fake bot accounts under the guise of real, active users.

If you keep changing a profile’s settings too frequently, the account gets flagged as spam — even kids know that.

You’re complaining about the likes service, yet you’re posting followers screenshots :)
None of those profiles belong to us, and it’s unclear which profile you even took those screenshots from.

Even if everything were exactly as you claim, once the profile drops below the starting follower count of the order, the guarantee would no longer apply—because that indicates the loss is coming from existing/previous followers. But the issue is not with our service; it is caused by the cheap and bot services you purchased from other providers.
As I stated in my first message, the full list of the followers we delivered to you is included in the zip file. We also sent it to you 5 days ago. The fact that you made the profile private right after opening a dispute is, by itself, enough to show bad faith.

Please do not reply to me again and do not tag me. I don’t want to receive a warning because you’re trying to create an argument.
We follow BHW rules and we are waiting for the moderator’s decision.

Have a good day.

Here is proof that you acknowledged your SMM panel had technical problems causing drops on orders placed through your service. See the support tickets where you responded, promising to fix all issues and maintain the agreed amounts. Yet, you have not fulfilled this—likes continue dropping, and followers are dropping as well.

This is a dispute, and we are entitled to disagree with your claims, so don’t try to threaten us with a warning—we are not spamming you; this is a formal dispute. You are simply trying to avoid facing the lies our team exposed regarding the deficiencies of your panel, including not fulfilling promised refills on lifetime guaranteed orders and failing to refill likes drops with real, active users instead of fake bot accounts.
Read this to become familiar with your obligations to buyers and members at Black Hat World:

For Buyers: The quality of the product or service you receive should meet or exceed expectations. If you feel that the quality of the service has dropped significantly, report it using the Report button.

For Buyers Regarding Disputes: If you do not receive a product or service as advertised—or do not receive it at all in the event of a dispute—you are not bound by a “no refunds” policy. You are fully entitled to request a refund through the Shit List process.

The evidence comes directly from your own ticket system. We are not raising new issues—these same problems were repeatedly reported to you regarding low-quality accounts and technical failures in your service. The tickets clearly show that you never delivered the full follower amount; only 35,231 followers were delivered. In the attached tickets, you acknowledged this issue and explicitly promised to refill the order until it reached 35,355.

We don’t play with money in business, and you are fully aware of the issues with your service. You need to resolve these issues by honoring the guaranteed lifetime refill with real, active followers until the count reaches 35,355, and by refilling the likes with real, active, ultra-high-quality accounts until they reach 3,158. If this is not completed, we request a full refund of $40 for all orders placed through your SMM panel, to be returned to the original payment method.

You're buying from multiple services for the same service and disputing every one of them.

Your credibility is compromised by doing that.

The only questionable credibility here is the seller’s service, which delivers fake bot accounts while advertising them as real, active users. Every order was delivered with fake bots, as clearly shown by the evidence. There is no proof that the same posts were ordered from multiple providers—order dates and post screenshots do not match any other services. We therefore strongly reject that claim.

Likes continue to drop while this dispute is ongoing, and our team has documented today’s additional drops. If the seller fails to honor the guaranteed lifetime refills and the dropping continues, our business bank will proceed with a charge dispute using all collected evidence. Business banks are firm and impartial when dealing with scams or fraudulent services not delivered as advertised.
