Total scam, this panel is unreliable. There are multiple technical issues with the panel. The service appears outdated, unstable, and many of the listed services do not function as promised. A significant portion of services fail to deliver as advertised. Orders for services marked as non-drop or guaranteed lifetime experience massive drops in followers and likes in less than 24 hours. Services frequent changes to their descriptions without prior notice. Additionally, services listed as delivering real active or premium accounts often provide low-quality fake bot accounts, which do not meet the service description. These accounts show no real activity (no posts, no followers), severely undermining the intended service quality and resulting in poor engagement and messing with the algorithm.

We sent a DM to the accused on BHW 3 days ago requesting a full refund of $60, but they have not responded at all.

Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter

We have resolved all issues before. That client trying to scam our website. His many orders are getting cancel automatically before order start because he is using private account. We have already proved it in our thread.

Whatever he used his balance, orders are delivered and completed without any issue.
I have no idea where those screenshot came from and from which service? I am sure if the service not worked as described, we could refunded the order already.

I can send proof about our instagram followers service quality which he used before.

This seller is a repeat scammer and liar, consistently providing fake bot services while advertising them as real, high-quality (HQ), and geo-targeted users. The evidence spans multiple orders and clearly demonstrates a consistent pattern of misrepresentation and fraudulent behavior.

You must be kidding. All these orders, with the attached images, were placed through your service. Alll links to each post are visible on your panel, so what you are saying makes no sense. You delivered fake bot likes and then canceled after our team informed you that all likes were dropping following the orders, even changing the order status from your panel. You know you intentionally delivered bot accounts on every order. All screenshots and evidence from each post of orders placed on your service show the same dropping issues. The fake, low-quality accounts—like these Brazilian accounts with no posts—were sold as real, active USA accounts and delivered by your service on these posts. The images clearly show the likes before the orders were placed and then decreasing afterward through your service. You are definitely a big scammer.

@SettingSun77 You can check the profiles attached in these screenshots, along with the post images provided, to confirm that this seller is lying and attempting to scam by selling low-quality Brazilian bot accounts with no posts as real, active USA user accounts.

Both orders clearly show dropping issues after being placed. You never delivered real, active user accounts, and you know this. On support tickets, we repeatedly reported the issues with low-quality accounts for these orders.

Let’s resolve this with the requested refund of $60 to the original payment method, as previously requested.

@hghlevelmarketing I really don't see any fault on the seller's part here. It doesn't appear to me as though they have delivered a service that is outside the parameters stated to you when you bought from them.

To me, and this applies to the other dispute you have going on here, you have bought a service that can be somewhat unpredictable with results. Having been disappointed with what you have received, you have looked for an avenue for a refund.

@smmexclusive has provided you with a partial refund on one element but I'm struggling to see why they should refund you on anything else. Furthermore, outright calling them a scammer and a liar is unwarranted and I would like you to stop doing that in the interest of keeping this dispute somewhat amicable.

Therefore, we do not understand why attention is being diverted from the main reason for this dispute. Let’s keep the focus on the core issues of the dispute.
