I use below feature outlook.rollup. Powermta will generate many queues like q1.outlook.rollup q2.outlook.rollup and so on.

Does anybody know how do i make these queues into only one queue so that i can control this one queue better?

Why? The queues do what they are supposed to do. They still follow your setting in the config. They have basically no influence over anything, ie. if you tell the server to max send 10 emails to your outlook.rollup then it's only 10 emails.

Mailbox unavailable means usually the email is actually not there anymore.
