The atomic sender can use your local mail, but I suggest you don't use your personal computer. instead, use RDP with mailing ports open.

Check out Mailshake and Woodpecker for email marketing. For lists, look at UpLead or AeroLeads. Always verify quality!

Yes you are right. Maybe go with what is common in the industry - PowerMTA
Or setup SMTP server with Postal server as it automatically runs on MailerQ and docker but it will require a lot of turning to send larger emails faster and at least 4 GB RAM. If done correctly, it can outperform PowerMTA.

How many emails per day do you want to send, I can recommend or help with postal server setup.

yes 1 million per day is possible
speed will depend on your server spec (how much RAM, CPU cores and disk), and how we tune the daily volume in Postal portal, yml file, and MariaDB database.

With a dedicated server I send around 875k to 1.2 million emails per day with 8 CPU cores, (16 threads), 32 GB RAM, and 500 NVMe SSD for logs, email queue, and bounce processing. Network is about 1Gbps dedicated bandwidth. Most clients prefer this setup for such daily volume.

nice gui just mean that their interface is prettier and you can do so much with it without login it to your server yml file sometimes. You can even add multiple IPs per IP pool and create multiple IP pools further if you want.

I wonder with that hardware how much more cansend powermta or mailerq ...
 
I use KumoMTA, drastically outperforms PMTA on lower end spec machines.
Double optin emailing for a few customers I get about 50K/hour per IP on a 16GB ram server. Slows down to about 20K/hour if I add more than 8 IP'S, but I think that's my hardware causing a bottleneck.
 
i m interest in KumoMTA. but is some complicated to config
how outperforms PMTA on lower end spec machines ?

powermta can work with 1 CPU 512mb - 1 gb ram , kumomta can do that ?
 
You could probably run it on a raspberry pi, don't know how fast it would be though
