Disclaimer: We will not provide after-sales service for account bans caused by customer usage, such as creating ads, publishing ads, creative violations/URL violations, etc., that violate TikTok's advertising policies.
Advertising fee + service fee refund:
The account uses a prepaid model. If your account is terminated, any unused advertising and service fees will be refunded within 3 business days.
For example:
You deposit $1000 + 4% service fee, totaling $1040.
If your account is terminated after you have spent $500, and you also wish to terminate the service, we will refund $500 + $500 * 0.4 = $520.
If your first account is terminated and you purchase a new advertising account, we will transfer the remaining balance to the new advertising account within two hours during business hours.
Please note that after a TikTok ad account is terminated, the account balance cannot be reset to zero. If you wish for us to transfer the remaining balance, we will need to take over the account's access rights. This is to prevent the account from being reactivated through an appeal process, which could lead to further spending of the remaining advertising funds.
The minimum top-up is $100, meaning the first payment amount will be $100 + $100 * 0.4 = $104.
