How to Set Up a LLC in USA for Non-Residents + US Bank Account (all sources shared)

Do these (online?) banks have extreme restrictions like when you are in high ticket/premium niche busienss and within 3 months you will get around $40-60k income inrolling, then they will freeze your account ?
You guys not knowing this ?

To overcome this hurdle, you can purchase an address from Trulease. According to Trulease, their addresses are valid for official documents. This is a more reliable solution until the FinCEN provides further clarification on address requirements for non-U.S. residents.
They are expensive. For their standard offer, they charge $500/month + $1,000 security deposit. Has anyone on the forum used Trulease's service and give us his opinion on this company?

Personally, I am still looking for an affordable solution for renting a physical address in the United States, and I'd like to share this website with the community:

Does anyone on the forum happen to know them and have used them before?

Why do you get a merchant account that allows for high risk businesses?

Yes, it's a good option ;)

Mercury is fine as long as you're using it correctly, I've received around 150k and they never asked for paperwork or anything.
I can't vouch for the others, I have opened accounts but I don't use them. I only use Mercury and one other bank.

I agree with this. Recently set up LLC in Wyoming for my business so I confirm that it works. Especially if you want to target US as your clients/customers

Do they require utility bills?

I tried to send a contact I used multiple times but apparently it's violating BHW rules so I won't try to send it again
Just search "I will get your USA ein now for tax purposes" or something like that and you'll find many good offers
There are many sellers doing it for cheap, just check that they have some good reviews.

You can open the company with the ipostal1 adress, but don't use it to open bank accounts, you will get rejected.
Use your registered agent adress instead.
But then I don't have any utility bills as well, right?
