I am about to close all my LLC activities. I still have hope - but a very tiny.

I just wanted to share my experience here since this forum helped me to address several issues in a good way.

The main reason to close everything:

- I found no way to open a business bank account from abroad. Banks got super suspicious and they ban the application after one login with a foreign IP

- also opening the bank account in US doesn't guarantee that the data stays private there. Since in Europe (especially Germany) having a "undeclared" LLC is a crime since 2024, the impact of any data leakage is huge

- even with a bank account, assuming running 100% tax transparency, the implications on the tax declaration are bad. Not just because of the unclear laws, but also because the tax admins are confused. And if they are confused they simply try to get 5x from you and clarify questions later - if necessary .


I still have hope to find someone who can open a bank account in the US but I tried already 2 supporting services from Fiverr and they failed.

You still can open Paypal account with an ITIN and an US address.

Also Wise still works. And some others as well.

But indeed, running a pass through LLC as an EU citizen is worthless anyway, because 99% of EU member states will declare the LLC as resident in the country you are resident of.

This applies however to all foreign companies you will form.

You can either follow the rules or go full undercover.

What drives my nerve is this: UK Limited or USA corporations, are cheap for the residents, but for over sea clients, (the paperwork) is the same the prices are 4-6x fold more expensive, I call this fraud !

It is not fraud, someone needs to get paid for the service they provide, you can still register a company by yourself if you know the route to do it, it is like bookkeeping you pay for the time and service, but you can do it yourself too if you know how to do it.

Yep, $200.......I live in europe an UK Limited ( Ltd) is easier to handle for me and cheaper, but for a bank account I must fly to UK ,bank needs my personal meeting

70$ is for the state fee for New Mexico + everything beeing done by someone.

52$ for the NM state fee + registration
10$ for the USA address
10$ for someone to get your EIN

You're right about 1 thing i forgot to add the 1 time 25$ fee to notarize the form 1583 (for the mailbox) but that's all.

So we're totaling 100 bucks to open an LLC and get your EIN.
With this setup you can open bank accounts and start making money without beeing taxed.

You're claiming it's not possible to get a cheap LLC while beeing an oversea client, well it's not true.

Btw if the "elite" opens companies in New Mexico there is a reason

By using the attorney, you are protected by attorney client secrecy. If someone wants to find you they will have to get a court order
You had to show ID to open the LLC with them.

DO NOT get the EIN online and have it sent to your LLC address

Download the PDF form for the EIN. Fill it out and mail it to the main address of your virtual office and pay the extra
couple of bucks and have THEM send the form to the IRS. This is called "remailing". Ask them for the cost of "remailing" a letter.

Form ordered EINs are "better" than online ordered EINs.

Pay USA self employment Social Security taxes and in 10 years you are vested and can get a social security pension at 62 years of age.
